We had asked to be on the ground floor for convience and ease of moving from vehicle to room and asked for double queen beds. Although we were not given these what we were given was a king size bed on the 2nd floor. This worked out just fine. The room was quiet and comfortable. July 22, 2014

We will be using IHG more often in the future. An added plus was the evening happy hour. Thanx for the opportunity to know you better. July 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works for Us Our family loves to take vacation road trips and have determined we can rely upon the consistent quality of the Holiday Inn Express experience. This location in Centralia/Chehalis was especially noteworthy for it's friendly and helpful staff. Also, the common areas were in good repair and were kept clean. Same for the room. It was a good value for our family with two teenage boys as it was a good sized room, and breakfast was included in the room price. July 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 helping a family in need The Holiday Inn Express in Chehalis WA. Helped a family in need. The service was excellent, housekeeping staff, Ruth, Wendy, Chrissy, and Amber. The kitchen staff kept the dining area clean and organized, Jessi, Lusinda. Last but not least the management team and front desk staff Todd the general manager, Pam the assistant manager, Lavonia, Saralynn, Brandi, Penny, Nikki, Cecilia and Bethany. Made are experience great and we would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Thank you for a great stay and everything you all did. July 20, 2014
