I found many of the guest to be loud and careless around other guests- especially in the evening with drinking to excess, and smoking outside. Generally a rude bunch with a "what's your problem buddy", attitude. Location of your property was perfect but I would not return during the State Basketball Tournament, again

I have come to visit Cheney often and I will only stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express. The staff is always friendly and I've always felt welcome. Plus the facilities are always clean and amazing and it's located in the perfect part of town so one is able to get around. And they do offer a shuttle to and from the airport which I also love and utilize. I will continue to come to this one and give my business no matter why I'm there.

Perfect location for those visiting students at Eastern Washington University. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is really good. In fact it was so good we didn't even go across the street to Starbucks for our usual morning coffee.
We will be back for sure.

The staff very helpful. The hotel was well run and clean. As a liesure traveller, I enjoyed staying here, and will again when we are in the area. We liked the location, and being near a Safeway.

I had left my earrings in the room after check out and contacted the hotel about returning them. At the time they didn't have record of them but said they would mail them if they found them. Two days later I recieved them in the mail. I thought I was just "out of luck" but pleasantly was surprised by the honesty of the service help. Because of that .. I will stay there again in a heartbeat.

This Holiday Inn is the only best hotel there is in Cheney,
Very nice and clean all around from the parking lot to the lobby, breakfast area, halls, and most important are the rooms, the rooms are very nice, clean, and big.
It's a stone throw to the Starbucks across the street and a short walk to the Safeway and a few restauraunts, the staff are friendly and courteous and helpful on getting me started with the Priority club.
Highly recommended for visitors, vacationers, and for those whor are working in and around Cheney for a period of time.

I hate the shower head...would like a nice adjustable massage style. That water saver is uncomfortable!
The train noise is a minus that you cannot control.
