Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff First time staying at a HIE in Europe and we had a great time. The rooms were a bit warm (A/C would shut down at night?) but the overall experience was wonderful. Of exceptional note was the courtesy and friendliness of the front desk staff. Among the best.... July 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable room but thin walls Well positioned hotel just off motorway. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and modern. Only problem is paper-thin walls: I could hear man in room next to mine snoring! Also, hotel restaurant was fully booked and so not possible to eat at the hotel that evening. Recommend for convenience but suggest you book a table at restaurant if you wish to eat and that you bring ear plugs! Staff were fine. March 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great restaurant In the middle of nowhere, next to an highway (the rooms are very well soundproof so not an issue) but very confortable, modern and clean. Hotel is almost brand new, staff is very friendly. Excellent value for money. The plus: - at the edge of the Langhes area. Good location to visit it - an excellent gastronomic restaurant! really worth a dinner. the food, wines and service are all very good and definitively exceptional for an hotel restaurant (even for a much more expensive hotel). If you come to this area to visit the Langhes, there are more intimate and charming places (usually also more expensive), or more central location (Alba), but if you arrive during the peak season and all places are fully booked (very common), this hotel is a great plan B. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by new hotel (2012) and excellent restaurant That new hotel somewhere in the middle of nowhere was absolutely perfect for us. Good hotel staff. Friendly and clever. Reception recommended dinner in the restaurant in house and that was excellent. Super good cooked food at fair prices. Very competent restaurant chef. Wine (Barbera Garibaldina at reasonable price) recommended by the maitre was absolutely perfect. Good taste, at temperature and good smell. The main course (Tagliata) was perfect cooked on time. Maitre served us sparkling dessert wine gratis. Dessert combination was an eye-catcher. If we are once again in that region we will stop here again to eat and sleep. September 11, 2013

Comfortable room, an abundance of wonderful towels in the bathroom, a very nice and friendly gentleman at the reception and great location - just a hop to get to the famous Piemont vineyards and close to the Mediterranean. I certainly will go to this hotel again. September 10, 2013
