All staff were really friendly, professional and attentive. The room itself was clean, though a little out-dated. The TV stand was broken and I had to balance it to get a good view. The in-room coffee pot did not work. I was looking forward to soaking in the in-room hot tub but when I was filling up the tub, the water had a bad odor and suddenly the water coming from the faucet turned black. Needless to say, the nice hot tub soak I had been looking forward to did not happen. I was greatly disappointed but figured it was an inexpensive room and that's just the way it goes. I pre-paid online for this room and after I got home I was charged an additional $2.00 which was not explained, I'm guessing it was for a bottle of water which was offered to me and I accepted when I checked in.

Staff very attentive to all my needs. If i encountered a problem, it was resolved immediately.

We visit from Maryland often and we always stay with holiday inn, the staff is always so friendly toward us and others, the breakfast includes pancakes, muffins, eggs , sausage, bagels etc..... room is always clean, fresh and you can smoke on the 5th level which we usually stay on. ive never had a single problem with noise, or dirty rooms. I love this hotel and will continue to stay there.
