Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely disappointing for IHG standards Desk staff was a mess, they were never there, I waited 1/2 hour when I arrived at check-in for someone to show up, hollering hello - tried calling desk, no one answers. Not greeted as an IHG rewards member, let alone a Spire member. Felt like was a huge inconvenience to them. Noticed others having the same issue. Pancake maker broken. Juice out of service. muffins stale. Rooms not clean. Wet towels taken one-day but no new towels left. The front desk guy had no idea of places to eat in the area, or directions. No one seemed to have had any training. I will choose another property for my monthly visits to the area. February 7, 2016

Dirty washcloth - leaves sticking to it. Frayed towel. Old, cracked plastic hair dryer. Black dirt specks in sink. Sloppy presentation of toilet roll. Crooked towel rack on door. Clock not set to correct time. Bad paint job on bathroom door. Glue spot on bathroom floor. Oversize caulk ring around toilet. Check-out attendant did not ask how my stay was. Generally fit for low budget travel guest, but not up to snuff for business traveler. January 4, 2016
