Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Cheyenne Hotel I always stay at this hotel when traveling for business to Cheyenne. It's clean, updated, and easy to get in/out. The location is excellent for travel to and from the city of Cheyenne, as well as nearby military base. The rooms are better than some 4 or 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Modern with microwave and fridge. The staff at this hotel is excellent. Very friendly and willing to provide you with a level of service not found in many hotels. They deserve kudos! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, well maintained hotel - just one problem I stayed here with my two preschooler sons last week (November 15th, 2015). If I had to give this hotel a score, it would be 92%. Overall, an incredibly easy to find location, right at the apex of the interstate. While its a little far from some of the restaurants and shopping, it makes up for it in cleanliness and comfort. It seemed brand new - the beds were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Here's my single, only complaint. Upon arrival, my boys immediately wanted to go swimming... so we did! The hot tub actually smelled like a swamp - and it literally had a green hue! I made sure we showered well afterwards, but I was a little surprised at how gross it was. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent - staff was friendly and kind to us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an inexpensive, clean (for the most part), hotel to stay in. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pets You allow pets which I do not like. This caused me to downgrade areas of your hotel. The staff was accommodating on getting me a room on a pet free floor. The trouble is that they did not explain or offer it up front. They made the change only after I questioned whether this was pet free room or not. I do have allergy's to pets. November 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Staff Very nice staff who work here, however they couldn't locate my IHG rewards number so I had to sign up again. I had one and it was valid as I checked once I got back to my room. Just a pain, it was a good hotel and easy access to the freeway if you need to stop. I was very disappointed in the breakfast.
