Very pleasant stay. The room was nice but the traffic outside was awfully loud.

We found the room to be above our expectations concerning both cleanliness and comfort. We were able to relax and have a good night of sleep. The television was easy to use and there was a good selection of channels to view.
The only thing we weren't impressed with was breakfast. The food looked and tasted like it had been out for some time. The gravy had a layer of dry crust on it, the sausage was rubbery, and the eggs were as well. There were very few selections concerning fresh fruit, yogurt, and milk. I would like to see soy milk added to the selection as I am lactose intolerant. There was a very small selection concerning bagels, bread, and muffins and not much in the way of toppings. The pancake machine seemed to have a glitch and the attendant had to lift the lid in order for it to produce a pancake. The attendant had to be "fetched" from an adjacent area several times to refill items and help with the pancake machine by other guests as well as myself and my husband. We have always been really impressed by the breakfast offered at other Holiday Inns we have stayed at. Sad to say this one missed the mark!

Coming from the Yellowstone and on our way to the Denver Airport we stopped in Cheyenne for a night at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was as we expected it from our previous experiences: conveniently located, clean and comfortable for the nights stay. Breakfast was adequate.

After checking into hotel, discovered that the frig had ants in it. We tried to get rid of the ones in the frig, but they quickly re-appeared. We were assigned to another room, but no apology was given for the inconvenience and no offer to help transfer luggage. The desk person was not friendly at check-in, or at the time of room change. The second room was fine other than it was dusty & there were some crumbs on the floor, so don't know if it hadn't been used for a time. The person taking care of the breakfast also was not very friendly and the food was lacking. Also need more dining facilities close by.

We have always stayed with a different chain in the past, but we are now going to become HIE rewards members as the rooms are great and value is excellent. It is so nice to have options when it comes to hotels, and Travis at the front desk has made us believers in this brand. Also spoke with Al, think he was maintenance and he was polite, friendly and welcoming. All of your staff was professional in behavior and appearance.
