Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced + rude front desk staff Dropped in off the interstate. The parking lot was near empty and walked in expecting a decent deal as I normally get at many other HIEs across the country. Instead, I walk in and see a front desk person sitting in clear view of the front but taking her time finishing up texting on her phone before coming up to wait on me. When she did, it was obvious I had interrupted something much more important. The check-in experience was FAR from pleasant. There are other hotels close by but I was too tired just to walk which I would have done pretty much any other time. May 17, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by snowed inn Typical Holiday Inn Express, clean rooms, nice staff, clean pool and hot tub. 50" plasma was nice since we're stuck here for 3 days in a blizzard. The free breakfast is hot & good. The king bed wasnicely made and comfy. I'll never understand why H.I. doesn't put king pillows on king beds? April 23, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Port in a Storm, a welcome surprise! Making a last minute decision to not brave I-25 the latest Rocky Mtn. Spring storm, we ducked into this hotel and were well taken care of, even without a reservation! The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed! Very comfortable and the temp control was just right! The location to I-25 & I-80, and an Outback Steakhouse right across the street made it a perfect place to spend the night! The bed was so comfortable, it was hard to get up and get going as early as we needed to! We left too early to take advantage of the breakfast but expect it was probably better than most!
