In my experience breakfast is terrible, me and four of my colleagues, in different days found spoiled milk. Location is good, and in general the hotel was clean. December 15, 2014

Felt staff went above and beyond to make sure all needs were met. Very impressed with the level of customer service. Rooms are well designed, especially bedside lamps, but are on small side. Perfectly fine for 2 people. Touch screen "things to do, where to eat" by elevators another nice touch. Great location, great staff, great price. Highly recommend. December 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Courteous and Convenient We were able to easily walk from the CTA Red Line station to the hotel. Subsequently, we were able to walk throughout downtown for dinner and after dinner libations. The hotel staff were courteous and caring. The old-style hotel was comfortable, particularly for a couple on a business trip which did not require extensive work in the room. Sleeping was excellent. Sound was muffled. The room was sufficiently dark. Breakfast was typical Holiday Inn Express. I couldn't have asked for more when most of our time was out on the town for the evening. We highly recommend this location when looking for a courteous staff and a convenient location. The rooms are Euro-small, however. December 10, 2014
