Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Staff members were friendly and responsive. I enjoyed a room with a view and a hot shower. The free breakfast was a real plus.
Regrettably, the guest room carpet was filthy. As explained earlier, I wear new white socks during every hotel stay in my effort to observe the cleanliness of the floor. I discovered the carpet in room 416 was filthy. After walking on the carpet for an hour or two, one would think I had walked on a dirt-covered path. Seeing evidence of this filth created a sense of dis - ease and affected my overall comfort level in the guest room.

Stayed for business and was up on the 4th floor. Very quiet and was able to work in the evenings and get a good night sleep.

I found the hotel although near airport very quiet - no air plane sounds. The staff was very friendly and willing and ready to take care of questions and needs. The room was comfortable and the bed fantastic. The shuttle ran "exactly" on time and the driver was very courteous.

The property owners at this particular location have chosen to make guests pay daily for parking. No other Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at does this. I would understand if it were covered parking or had some kind of security guard or protected access, but it's just an open lot like every other. I will say that the manager at the front desk could not have been nicer about it when I explained that no one ever told me when I booked the room that there was a separate charge for parking. He was extremely courteous and removed the charge from our bill. Phone reps who book reservations for rewards members should know about extra charges such as these and should inform the customers upfront.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express while visiting for five days. Although it was pricey for my liking, I believe it was worth the extra money given the area and other less desirable options. As far as the room itself, it was pretty average. I would have liked it if there was a mini fridge as well as free parking. I was charged $15 PER DAY for parking. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses in the past that offer free parking, had a swimming pool, and were equipped with better beds. The people made a difference. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping were extremely nice. They were kind and patient throughout my stay. When I needed directions to an emergency room, the staff helped me by directing me to a good one. They really put their customers first. I do plan to stay there on my next visit, and I recommend others to stay at this place.

Overall, the room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast doesn't start until 6:30 which is later than most other Holiday Inns. So if you have an early flight to catch, be prepared to get breakfast at the airport instead.

My husband and I needed to be at the airport at 4:30 am. As a consequence, my husband forgot his cellphone. We did not discover our loss until we were in the air on the way to Denver. We called the hotel once we landed, and a very nice and extremely helpful staff member helped locate it, and over-nighted it to our house. We were very grateful and will stay there again in the future!!
