Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service We were getting ready to travel and choose to stay at a local hotel instead of driving up and making a long day of travel. From the time we arrived until we left the staff were very helpful and made the experience great. The building was clean and comfortable, we left our car at the facility instead of parking at the airport (the bus driver was very informative on drop off and pick up), and the breakfast was good for a continental type. I would stay here again based on the experience we had. December 21, 2014

The hotel staff was amazing..They gave us ideas where to go and how to get there.The shuttle bus drivers were so accommodating , they dropped us off close to the L train.Just very nice people overall. We will definitely go back and stay at the Holiday Inn Express in the Midway Airport. December 15, 2014

Yesenia worked with me (along with Ms. Patterson the Manager and Mike at the front desk) to evaluate my possible travel plans for the night. I cannot express in words how grateful I am that I was greeted with such enthusiasm and helpfulness to get my plans rearranged. It was a very nice experience.
