Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff The staff at this HI Express are the friendliest I have encountered in a long time. The beds are comfortable, room was clean, and the HVAC worked well. Plenty of outlets for charging electronics. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. February 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Great hotel when traveling thru Midway, front desk staff was amazing, i call them when i arrived to Midway and they send the shuttle; shuttle works 24 hrs every 20 min and they drop you off just outside Midway main entrance. Breakfast was good and room was good size. They have a parking option to leave your car there while you are out. January 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by park and fly we were flying to Mexico early in the am, so we drove to Chicago the night before. This hotel is just minutes away from the midway airport. We were able to leave our vehicle in parking lot for the 7 days we were away! Shuttle took us to and from the airport! It was great. Did not have to park a car at an unfamilar airport and worry about the time. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was set up in time for us to grab a bite and head on out to the shuttle. There was a TGI Fridays close by and we could walk and eat the night before our flight! Would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself! By the way, we had a great time in Mexico! The shuttle services to and from the airport were great too. All the hotels were more expensive than normal but this one was a relatively good value for the service we obtained. November 8, 2012

The rooms were obviously sound proofed. I have 2 really good nights of sleep and the staff was outstanding. I highly recommend this property. November 5, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Manager makes the day. A long day of "travel, work then travel" always leads me to Holiday Inn Express. Upon checking inn, I notice the price is TWICE what I am used to seeing, especially for this property. I informed the manager, we debated the price, agreed on an amount that was still above what I am used to. I went to bed unsatisfied. However, Leaving in the morning, I grabbed my reciept from under the door, and find that, Mark, the manager had given me the original price I wanted on the final bill. EXCELLENT customer service!!! I went to breakfast at 6:30, but nothing was ready. i waited until 7 AM, and still nothing was out. Finally, after waiting nearly 45 minutes, someone showed up and said that the food would be out in a few minutes. After 5 minutes, I gave up and went elsewhere. October 1, 2012

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not happy I stayed at your hotel because I like the Holiday Inn brand. I was very disappointed. I am a Gold member and was not recognized as such and the room was not worth the cost per night. When I booked it I was supposed to receive an extra 1000 points per night but that is not indicated on my account. I will have to rethink my decision to stay with Holday Inn. July 18, 2012
