Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Parking We were charged 15.00 for parking each day we were at the Holiday Inn Express. We expected to pay 15.00 for the days we were on vacation but not the days we were at the Inn. I felt the price we paid should have included parking. I called to ask about a refund for the days we stayed and was told we had to pay for parking in addition to the room. IHG members should not have to pay for parking when they are at the Inn. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient to Chicago Southside from Midway Area If you have business travel that includes Southside and Downtown destinations, consider Holiday Inn Express and Suites Chicago-Midway Airport for your next stay. After a few years of visits staying next door, this time I tried the property and found it quieter and better for my twice a year visits. The shuttle to MDW enables using CTA for economical travel to IIT Campus with only 1 transfer, plus downtown. March 3, 2015

I liked being able to leave my car in the hotel parking lot while I was on vacation The shuttle to the airport was great. The only issue I had was with the shuttle back to the hotel. I felt the wait was too long for the shuttle. Maybe they need more than one running March 2, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Park and ride Great place for park and ride. There were a lot of options for breakfast, although, as a vegan, I'm always looking for a multitude of options. Even though it was close to the Midway airport, I couldn't hear the planes. I like when rooms have a fan that stays on continuously and this room did not. Very nice staff. March 2, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Fit Because of inclement weather conditions, we were afraid that we would be unable to make our early morning flight from Midway. We chose to travel to Chicago by bus, stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and then shuttle to the airport in the wee hours of the morning. We could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was perfect. The staff, the amenities, and the shuttle were great. No more anxiety about catching a flight during bad weather! March 2, 2015
