Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Management needs to wake up I am normally well please with this chain but this place does not meet their standards. Staff was nice ,but cart to bring bags had a flat tire. When I needed to print an email in their business office, the computer would not work. They had to access my email account with their computer system. I asked for a wake up call-and NO CALL. The television in the room had a crummy remote that did not work well. I do not plan to stay here again unless I have to. I will forgo the points and stay at another hotel in Chickasha. March 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room Troubles During the night the Toilet had over ran and flooded half the room. When I woke at 4:30am I was walking in puddles of water. Called down to the front desk and no other rooms were available, this is understandable for the rooms to be booked up in this area. However no effort was made to find another room at any other hotel or accommodation of any kind to help out. I was never offered any help to clean up the mess to the point were I could still get ready for the day, or anyone even checking on the issue with the room. I am a Platinum member and have never had a issue before that was not taken care of or an effort made in that direction. I also was never offered an refund for my troubles or any other incentive as such. Also the front desk informed me that the person below me had called before I did to let them know his ceiling was leaking. February 24, 2015

There was a little snafoo with our reservations at first, but it was handled promptly and they even upgraded us for our trouble as a courtesy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable! Thank you to all the staff for a very welcome and relaxing getaway. February 19, 2015
