Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by amazing service!! In this day and age, it seems customer service has been forced, at best, through employees and is not genuine. I can honestly say that EVERY staff member seemed well trained, caring and SINCERE. We had checked in for one night and it turned into to several due to delays on our home, yet they helped us throughout our stay and never made us feel like a burden or a "better rate" customer. The facilities does need some repair, however it is still top quality!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH AND KEEP UP WITH THE HEART FELT SERVICE. SHANE February 10, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not bad overall, room was clean and friendly staff. Though I have no major issues with this location, there were multiple little things. The room was a suite, but only because that is what they gave me. The A/C unit was kind of small for this room, so it took a long time to make a difference. Maintenance was a bit of an issue throughout the hotel. Starting in the room, there was a loose tile on the floor in the bathroom (not real bad, but it was definitely loose) and there was a hole in the sofa upholstery. I was told when I checked in that the key reader at the entrance near the pool didn't work, and I found out the bubbler in the spa doesn't work and probably will never work (something to do with the original installation.) The one significant issue with the breakfast bar was the lack of meat on the buffet. Also, the eggs, for lack of a better word, were weird. I would use this hotel again, but it isn't up to the same standards I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. January 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home Away From Home While working in the area,I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn and Express of Chickasha,Oklahoma. The staff is very friendly and accepting. The property is well maintained, and the room was immaculate. I was very comfortable and slept well.Not a deal breaker, but it was nice to have a smoking room. And surprisingly enough, it did not smell of cigarettes. I would highly recommended this HIE to other travelers if they had to spend a night in Chickasha. Thank you very much to the staff and the general manager for making my stay pleasurable and a home away from home. December 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay On check in the staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady working the breakfast was friendly and effiecent. One of the days I stayed they were having a conference/meeting in the board room and she had to take care of the guest breakfast and the needs of the meeting. It was just too much for one person. They should have put on 1 more person for either the breakfast or the meeting to even things out. She was obviously out of breath from rushing back and forth. I stayed 4 nights. And after the first night the desk clerks were hit and miss on friendlyness and contact with guests coming and going. Only once did a clerk ask how my night was and tell me to have a good day when I was leaving. And on my check out day, as I was leaving the hotel pulling my bag, no one asked if I enjoyed my stay or asked me to come back. I am not sure if that was because they were booked solid the whole time I was there and they dont care. Or if the front staff were too busy checking schedules to pay attention. I am a platinum elite member and travel a lot. I usually try to get a room on the back side of the hotel but this time I was on the front. I have to get up at 4:30am to be at the jobsite early so I go to sleep fairly early. The traffic and coming and going in the parking lot was a deffinate problem. Lot of oilfield shift workers coming in at all hours, talking loud and hollering at each other across the parking lot. The hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty ready. The front desk could be more friendly and inviting, but I was there to work not make life long friends. It was a pleasant experience for the most part, I will stay here again in the future. December 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Property We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it!!!The front desk staff, Manager, and other team members were so warm, welcoming, hospitable, yet professional and business-like. The lady in charge of the delicious breakfast was awesome. She replenished food on the line as soon as it was consumed. She was always "on top" of the situation. Our room was extremely clean, bathrooms sanitized, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. We loved our stay here...Would recommend this property to anyone. We would come in from a long exhausting day of work, and it was like returned to a "palace"...Everyone there went out of their way to insure our stay was beyond "comfortable"...they responded to our questions readily and in a friendly manner...Will return again and again....
