The breakfast has 'to-go' muffins that make a the morning drive a bit more tolerable. Always polite and efficient, the staff is to be commended. June 22, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Like New! We were very impressed that this hotel looked like new after being open since 2009. It was exceptionally clean and neat. The accessible room was well planned; however, the tub would be truly accessible if it had a bench. There were plenty of hand rails in the bathroom. The staff were very kind and helpful! We intend to stay here on future trips. June 6, 2016

I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the fitness center. The breakfast was wonderful and abundant. We will definitely stay here again if ever in this neck of the woods. It was the overall experience as a member of IHG Rewards that we chose to drive an additional 85 miles (after a very long day) just to stay at Childress Holiday Inn Express. We slept well in a clean room! Imagine my shock when I went down to enjoy a traditional IHG breakfast. At 0640, coffee no creamer; no signature sweet rolls (my wife's favorite), gravy no biscuits; 2 sausage patties 8 strips of bacon; no milk; no yogurt and a lack of concern from the employee on duty. I never expected this! This ruined an expected beginning of a perfect day! As a member of IHG, I pay for and expect a better experience at Holiday Inns. When in the Childress area, Judy and I will always remember the poor performance of this hotel as we pass by on our way to another hotel chain. I give management at Childress Holiday Inn a "D" for their failure of "attention to detail." Feeling Disappointed...... May 27, 2016
