Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accommodating Staff Staff were helpful when we arrived late at night...just minutes before the pool closed for the night. Staff called our room just as we got in the door, knowing that we had hoped to swim after our long drive, and told us we could still get in our swim if we headed down to the pool before the official closing time. We really appreciated it. She didn't need to call, but she did. The little things mater. September 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room and decent service Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The front desk clerk seemed to be preoccupied on check in. She placed the room keys in the little key pocket folder, then placed them on the counter but didn't say what the room number was or it's location. Breakfest was average with a reasonable selection. The room was quiet and if it would have been a noisy night there was and extra sound deading door that we could have closed. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of foods to choose from. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another fantastic stay, always feel relaxed, superb staff!! This hotel is always meticulously clean, ALL THE STAFF are friendly but professional. Always knowledgeable about restaurants and local attractions and gives great directions to get you started in the next part of your trip. I had Heather and Suzanne service my room this 3 day stay, they both did a super job, even tightened up the bed!!! Martie, Summer ,Alva and Olivia and Brianna are always a great joy to talk with and make sure you have the extra towels and bathroom supplies you need. Deme the weekend breakfast hostess does a great job keeping the breakfast service well stocked until 10:00am and wiping up crumbs and spills. The HVAC unit did a great job keeping the room very comfortable from 90 and very humid one day and 55 and breezy on day 3. The beds are extremely comfortable with a choice of firm and soft pillows and soft , fresh smelling linen. I work 2nd and 3rd shift, the hotel is EXTREMELY QUIET even near the lobby in the mornings. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Recent Stay The stay itself was fair enough. The rooms were clean and nice and the staff was pretty friendly. I thought the snack station was a nice touch and liked having a mini fridge in the room. However, the entire reservation process was a total nightmare, and evidently I am not the only one. I booked a 2 night stay for a wedding and there were issues with reserving my rooms from the get-go as well as with several other wedding guests and the bride & groom too. I can't even remember all the issues we had....communication problems/technical issues with their reservation line (which is a separate line transferred to another country, I believe, where it's incredibley static-y and you can't understand who you're talking to); miscommunication problems (when I called to reserve a room that was in the block of rooms under the wedding party's name I was told they were all booked and had just received my invite that day with hotel info, then later told they were not all booked, and this went back and forth for a while); the staff seemed so confused that I wanted a 2 night stay (the night of the wedding as well as the day before); different rates for different people...the whole thing was a mess. I probably wouldn't stay there again. Too much confusion & inconvenience for me. September 11, 2015
