Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad mattress and limited breaksfast I have been staying in the priority club hotels group for the last 3 years. Since I have been a platinum member since 2013, hotel staffs never gave me handicap room without asking me. On July 27, 2015 this is the first time I was given handicap room with uncomfortable mattress. When I was at breakfast, the hotel running out of 2% and non fat milk which I have never seen happened at other holiday inn express. After checking out I called the hotel supervisor about my disappointment but it's only made me more disappointed by the way the hotel management resolved the issue. I ddin't feel I have been treated well as spire member. July 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautifully decorated and clean! Our family stayed one night this summer. The lobby, hallways and rooms were beautifully decorated in my favorite colors. The room was very clean and breakfast was quite good with a great array of things to choose. The only downside was that I could hear noise through the walls on many occasions throughout the stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bed very uncomfortable bed was very uncomfortable and could not tell the difference between the firm and soft pillows, both felt the same? room close to entry on lower level was nice but alot of extra noise because of that. staff not that friendly overall. check in the girl was really nice but as we came and went past the desk nobody ever said hello or even looked up. would not recommend or stay here again, very disappointing for a hotel that has just done a complete remodel a couple years ago. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and friendly staff Great place to stay. We stayed there one night. The only negative was the price, as it was a quick stop on the way to the East Coast. However, everyeone was very friendly...especially the lady that served and got the breakfast ready. We, as a family try to stay in the Holiday Inn Expresses everywhere we go. July 22, 2015
