Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Road trip sleep stop We were tired when we got to the hotel, check-in was smooth. I had used my Priority Club rewards for the stay. The room was clean and neat. Our only complaint on the room was that the mattress was so hard we did not sleep very well. The breakfast area was nice, neat, and well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked the Holiday Inn Express and had previously stayed there years earlier. The accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfast was awesome. I will have no "reservations" staying here again in the future. We WILL return. December 11, 2012

Arrived at the location right off of the expressway exit after 8 hrs of driving and both times registration took no more than 1 minute with credit card info already on hand. Hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable, relaxing and quiet. The staff is all friendly and accommodating. December 4, 2012

We have done a lot of traveling in the past few years and have found Holiday Inn Express by far the best place to stay. The rooms, the service and the overall pleasantness surpasses any other hotel. Their prices have been very reasonable. We will not even think of staying any where else. October 21, 2012

We have been staying @ the Christiansburg Holiday Inn Express at least twice a year for the past three years and we have always been satisfied by the staff, the comfort of the beds, and the excellent hot breakfast in the mornings!!! Evening desk clerk volunteered to leave the pool open after regular closing time so kids could get their swim in. Made the kids happy. Made me happy. Would stay at this location again.
