We reserved a room at the 'Park and Drive' rate so that we could relax the night before an early-morning flight to begin a vacation. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable, and the shuttle service to the airport provided convenient transport to and from the airport, with just a telephone call to the front desk upon our return for pick up a week later. The staff were helpful, efficient, and happy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The overall experience was very good. The only improvements would be to offer coffee cups (a coffee maker was available in the room) and/or drinking cups for guests. When entering the room I noticed candy on the floor, indicating that the carpet had not been well vacuumed. Otherwise the stay was a good experience.

My Husband I arrived in Syracuse very, very late on the night of March 14th, after an extremely long day starting in Miami that morning. Thank you, Rhonda, for making us feel welcome and comfortable, despite the late hour; you are an asset to Holiday Inn in Syracuse North.
This HI is wonderfully new, well kept, clean, and our room and bathroom also large and clean. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and more than ample and the staff very obliging -- thank you Fanny! Great customer service.
We'll definitely be back and will recommend to others. Best wishes.

From the moment you check in to the moment you check out, the staff makes you feel "at home". The facilities are modern and the hotel is located in a very convenient location, just off the highway. We have stayed at several HI Expresses, but this one is the best of all, and our choice stop whenever in the region!
