It is always the same....perfect location, handy to the airport, great staff and the beds are so comfortable. We were welcomed at the desk with a welcome bag of goodies...everything was in order. They upgraded us to a corner room which was so nice after the long flight. You guys (and your staff) are doing a great job. Keep it up...we will be returning soon. March 12, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff, Nice stairways. We very much enjoyed our stay here. One of the unintentional ammenities is the stairwells. Both ends of the hotel had a spacious stairway that was carpeted and comfortable. This was possible because of the use of electronic door holdopens. You can easily use the stairs to go up and down and even for exercise. Most hotels have a closed cold and icky stairway that is not conducive to use in nonemergency situations. I hope more Holiday Inns do this soon, it makes for a healthy enjoyable stay. February 25, 2013

Service was great & the breakfast hostess was EXCELLENT ... always right there to fill a request. Wish I could remember her name .. she deserves a SERVICE AWARD.... she was everywhere, helping everyone & it was crowded over the Thanksgiving Holiday .. yet her attitude was amazing while she continued to meet everyone's requests !! The only down side was the room below ours was having a party that lasted till 1:30AM ... they were very LOUD !! November 30, 2012

We live in Canada and usually go to the states about 6-8 times a year we shop in Watertown,NY & Syracuse,NY as well as the outlets in Waterloo NY This hotel has always been where we have stayed it is AMAZING they are very clean friendly and accommodating! Amazingly friendly staff and LOVE LOVE LOVE Fanny The lady that runs the Breakfast in the morning My kids love her and Always ask can we go see Fanny I highly recommend this hotel I have stayed at alot and this is by far the best one for us and we will continue to return to this hotel its well worth the drive from Watertown,Syracuse and Waterloo,NY just to stay here November 29, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A can't miss place to stay! We always stay at this HI Express when visiting my daughter at SUNY Oswego. Although this property is 30 minutes away, it's worth the extra miles compared to other properties that are closer to campus. In recent years, they have raised their prices significantly which did not make us happy - it's still a decent deal. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable. The pool was perfect size and the kids had a blast! The breakfast was typical hotel fare but the hostess busted her tail to ensure food was plentiful. Lastly, easy access to I-81 and 481. You can't miss staying here! October 26, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Really great staff at this holiday inn express We like staying at Holiday Inn Expresses because of how clean and new their hotels are. This was probably the best one we've stayed at. When you enter, the hotel doors have a nice little sign overhead that reads "Enter as guests, leave as friends". We definitely felt like the staff went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. The breakfast cook, Fanny was such a sweet person. She was a joy to chat with at breakfast and even brought me my pancakes to my table where I was sitting. And I loved how she was friendly to everyone in the room and made sure we were all content and satisfied with our complimentary breakfast. I definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express. Probably the best we've stayed at ever (and we've stayed at about 10+ different holiday inn expresses). Also, when we pulled in late at night to check in, they greeted us with a couple goody bags and cold water bottles (which I think they give all Priority Club Members), which was really nice.
