Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing, but GM of facility made it all very good... We just stayed at this facility near end of July 15. We reserved two rooms at this facility several months ago and asked for our rooms to be close together as possible and on the 2nd floor near exit, well, what we got was not what we actually wanted, but the staff did try to accommodate us like we requested and we really appreciated this. The only problem was they gave us a Handicap double queen room adjoined to our King room. We liked this, but we had issues from with the shower head that was only on a handle sprayer that was not mounted high enough on the shower tub liner, to the linen not clean, to the refrigerators did not work and we were brought replacements from smoking rooms, etc.... We could smell the smoke. Also, the king room bathroom ceiling started to leak from the upper bathroom on the 3rd floor. We had to move part of our party to a king room across the hall, but this could not be done until people had left due to this weekend was during the jazz festival they have in Cincy every year. Well, when all was said and done, the GM, I believe his name was Ken, compD our rooms due to of all the issues we were having and we were very happy about this. He apologized many times over. We have been to this facility many times and were very disappointed to see it had gone down hill, but it was more than likely due to they were solidly booked because of the Jazz festival. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Their continental breakfast was very good and had plenty of items, the beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. It is not as bad as my comments would state, but I just wanted people to know that the Manager and Staff were very welcoming and supportive of your needs and wanted our visit to be the best it could be and the GM hoped we would come back. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NICE STAY The kitchen/housekeeping staff here is very friendly and courteous. Very helpful!! Very clean hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, and my only complaint was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. The room was quiet; even for 4th of July. But the bed was less than desireable. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and professional. Not a bad stay at all. Would recommend this hotel. July 8, 2015
