Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean rooms, great service, but still room for improvement The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a good selection at breakfast, and the staff was polite. However, the room I stayed in had a musty smell like wet towels the entire time. I thought perhaps it was just the humidity so I asked others in my party if they had the same issue. Those on the same floor as I (2nd floor) had the musty smell but those on other floors (4th/5th) did not. I did however have plenty of hot water in the shower while others in my party had to make do with cold morning showers. The gym was equiped with enough selection to wear you out easy enough and offered a nice view. There is a good place to get a bite or a drink right next door and a large grocery store close by. Overall I would stay here again if the prices remain the same. May 12, 2015

No obstante que el hotel se encuentra en trabajos de ampliación el descanso no se fue afectado. La sensación de seguridad en las instalaciones es algo muy apreciado. April 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Algunas areas de mejora El personal de recepción es muy parco, no sonrien y no estan atentos a las necesidades del huésped. Se la pasan platicando o peinándose. Llamé en 2 ocasiones para preguntar datos y la actitud y la información no me dejaron satisfecha. La habitación que me dieron era de fumar y nunca me preguntaron, ni me avisaron. Cuando hablé para preguntar me dijeron que el piso es de no fumar, pero la habitacion si... y que era la unica que tenian pero si queria me podian cambiar... entonces era la unica o no? es piso de fumar o no? Desde que uno hace la reservacion el personal no escucha lo que uno pide. Hablan en automático. En general creo que falta mucha capacitacion sobre la calidad en el servicio. El hotel es agradable en general, pero el servicio tiene mucho que desear. Espero les sirvan mis comentarios. El personal del comedor, siempre son muy serviciales y amables. April 2, 2015
