Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Implicación del personal Solicitamos guardar el equipaje hasta nuestro retorno por la trarde y no tenían las llaves disponibles, por la tarde que regresamos al Hotel, tampoco tenían las llavez disponibles de la bodega, solicité un rastrillo y no se me proporcionó por que no había llaves y otro compañero solicitó una pasta de dientes y no estaba disponibles las llaves nuevamente... Regresé por la tarde de mis actividades el dia miercoles y el servicio de la habitació aun no estaba realizado. February 2, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not So Good It was very cold in Juarez and I turned on the heat however it didn't work very good. I called the front desk and someone came and looked at the heat monitor on the wall and he told me it should work fine now but it didn't. I was cold all night. I never called the desk back I just put on my sweatshirt and Levis and attempted to sleep but didn't very well. There was only one trash can in the room and that was in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have one close to the desk. The bath tub faucet came off the wall when I tried to turn the shower on. One light didn't work and the alarm clock didn't work. There were only a few channels in English on the television and I know I was in Mexico but please, the border is only a few miles away! I came down to the restaurant for the free breakfast and there were not tables. I looked at the food and there were not many choices and the fruit looked terrible. Didn't eat.........I travel a lot and it takes quite a lot for me to be disappointed but I really was with this facility. Typical Juarez hotel. They just don't care. January 30, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Atención 1.- Las veces anteriores que me he quedado en este hotel siempre me han dado habitacóin deo 6to piso, 1 cama y tina. En esta ocasion me dieron una habitación en el 2do piso. Esto se me hizo extraño ya que por lo general en las diferentes ciudades que me he quedado me asignan habitaciones en el 6to. piso. En la primera noche el aire acondicionado rechinaba demasiado, llame a recepción para que me cambiaran de habitación y la respuesta no fué tan favorable, el personal de mantto. +/-10pm revisó el equipo y se quito temporalmente ya que volvió a tener el rechinido alrededor de la 1-2 am. Al día siguiente le dieron mantenimiento al equipo = ok. De igual forma todas las noches se oye el movimiento del ascensor al subir y bajar. Gracias y quedo en espera de sus comentarios. Would request to expedite check-in process which can take 20 minutes due to the amount of people at the same time. Do request to please evaluate how to improve the quality of the channels. Horrible quality for many channels. Television is a basic necessity of hotel guests. This problem has been on-going for some time. January 26, 2016
