Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GFreat Place to Stay The staff was quite polite and friendly. All of my needs were taken care of without me having to request anything extra. Breakfast was great, the attendants were constantly verifying that everything was up to par, and nothing waslacking. The only comment that I would make is that I like a much firmer pillow than was in the room, I did not request one to replace the ones that I had, so no problem there either. Great Place to stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Internet Connection Besides the poor Internet connection and the steps you have to take to connect to the Internet, my overall stay was very good. The room was very comfortable with clean bathrooms and plenty of towels. The staff are very personable and willing to help wherever they can. I like to exercise daily and I found the equipment in the fitness room to be out of service or broken. The beds were comfortable but I will probably bring my own pillow because I sleep better with it than anything else. May 8, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible experience We (5 of us in 5 separate rooms) arrived at 7pm and none of our rooms were ready. Major renovations were going on and we were not forewarned or we would have chosen a different hotel. Elevators were virtually unusable due to staff (furniture movers) tying them up. Some of our rooms had no lamps and they had to be brought in. We asked for a discount due to our inconvenience and was denied. Breakfast was cold (eggs). Entire experience was horrible! May 8, 2016

The staff helped us with their knowledge of the area, places to eat, and thing s to see. Even letting us know about towns where we we might want to buy a home.
