Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed and Good Service Had been traveling all day across country. Checked into hotel about 1 am so only met with front desk. Room was nice for Holiday Inn Express, clean, comfortable and quiet. Morning breadfast was good but have had better selection at other Holiday Inn Express'. Received bill sometime during the morning and it was accurate, for checkout just dropped off the room access card at the front desk. Did not use any other services at the motel. January 6, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service as I entered the hotel the front desk was aware that I had just walked in and was very attentive to my needs and helped with all arrangements to make my stay real enjoyable They even had peppermints on the front desk to enjoy The front desk was very polite and not one of the employees even made a hint of not wanting to be there They ALL seemed to enjoy what they were doing and made me feel like I was almost at home and this was my home till I checked out and was on my way Thank you very much and I just wish that All employees at All hotels had the same attitudes as you have at the Clarksville Holiday Inn and Suites Thank you for a wonderful stay Danny November 21, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable The room was very much what we wanted for the stay. Needed a handicapped room and the room provided was very serviceable. Do wish there was a way to have our room cleaned while we were out between 9:30 and 12:30. Did come back to an uncleaned room and spouse had to occupy for the rest of the day. Realize now I should have requested this on leaving but they appeared to be next door and did not think it was necessary. Will do so in the future. November 5, 2014
