Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk staff I stopped through here on my way to OK. At check in the lady at the front desk was very courteous. The room was great as you should expect from HIE. Breakfast was well stocked and Im excited that they may have listened to all of my reviews complaining that HIE and other IHG hotels only had artificially sweetened yogurt. This HIE had Chobani yogurt with actual sugar instead of the artificially sweetened yoplait (I'll be staying at another HIE these next two days so hopefully this change is everywhere). Also they had regular sausage and turkey sausage, so my wife was pleased. My only complaint was that I booked this as a free rewards night and in the morning I got a receipt showing I was charged. Pam at the front desk was able to quickly clear this up after a call to her manager. Other than that inconvenience, I was pleased with this stay. January 22, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Traveling for Swim Meet My family recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Clarksville, AR for a weekend swim meet. We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The beds were comfortable and there was even some complimentary Bath and Body Works body wash and shampoo in the room for our use. My children enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fresh pancakes. The only complaint we had was that the hallways and common areas were too hot. The heat was blasting and it seemed to make our room a little too warm as well. All in all this was a very good place to stay and I would highly recommend it to other families who are traveling. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected Stay After having driven nearly 5,000 miles, on this recent assignment, I was headed home. Suddenly a wheel bearing broke on my vehicle and I was forced to pull off the road. Fortunately I was close to an exit where there was a Holiday Inn Express. I had no reservation, but as I approached the front desk I was greeted by a young man, named Jesse, who was in great spirits. He took care of my booking needs quickly, and within moments I was in my room. I also inquired about getting a late checkout, which Jesse took care of immediately - without any issues The next morning I needed to use the hotel's business center, and to send a fax. Angie, who was on duty at the front desk was extremely helpful, and so genuinely pleasant. This was a GREAT stay! January 12, 2016
