I rode to Clarksville to spend the weekend riding the Ozarks on my motorcycle. I'm a full-time traveler, I no longer maintain a home or apartment. As a Platinum Card holder that spends over 100 nights per year in Holiday Inn Rooms, I feel that I'm qualified to be a judge of a poorly run property.
Typically, when I book a room more than a week in advance, I get a free upgrade. NOT HERE.
Typically, when I check into a Holiday Inn, or any other chain covered by Priority Rewards, I am always given a drink and complimentary snack. NOT HERE.
When I asked about it, I was told simply that they ran out. I asked about all the gift bags lined up along the wall, and was told that they were for a local college reunion taking place. (I guess I don't rate, I only pay them about $15,000 per year to stay in their rooms.)
Later in the day a friend checks into the hotel and gets a suite, I asked him if he paid more, he said, "no". I asked if he was a Priority Rewards member, again, "No".
I needed to use the office room computer to print a document. There were no paper clips, stapler, or any office supplies that are available at every other HI branded Hotel. I mentioned the lacking to the front desk, young Jake told me that he would supply the office. Again the following day, nothing had been touched.
Young Jake likes to argue with people that are on the phone making reservations, and roll his eyes when they ask questions. This is NOT good customer service while there are people at the counter.
I had asked to speak to the manager during my stay. I'm certain that the message wasn't passed along. If it was and I was ignored, it follows along with everything else in the facility that was being ignored.
The property was in great condition, it looked new, and my room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job.
There are NO Restaurants locally that are worth eating at. We drove two exits to get to the Waffle House for a Steak. It was the best place nearby.
I will NOT use this facility again, and DO NOT recommend it to anybody unless your expectations are low. Then you will be quite happy.

I stay here on a regular basis for work, at least a week a month. It is always clean and comfortable and the staff more than meets expectations.

stayed 1 night on April 6th. This is an awesome Holiday Inn Express. Very nice building, decor and service. And as usual, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Arrived in Clarksville after a long drive. We wanted a very quiet room. Staff was most accomodating and extremely helpful. Room was very clean and comfy and very quiet. My only complaint - and it certainly doesn't pertain to this particular motel alone, but the Holiday Inns in general - is that the comforter they are now placing on all the beds is too warm.
We stayed in Holiday Inns all but one night out of six on this particular trip. We were very pleased with all of them. The chain has improved a lot over the years. The one in Clarksville, however, stood out as the very best. If we head that way again, they'll definitely have our business. Staff was outstanding!!

Easy check-in. As usual the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast is nice with a variety of food from which to choose. This location is just off the interstate and easy to access.

Great hotel. Very comfortable and clean room. Front desk clerks were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay there again.
