The only recommendation is to go through some of the rooms including the one we were assigned and check the condition of the carpets and furnishings. Our room was very comfortable and the interior was still servicable but some stains on carpet and furniture. Overall a great stay. September 20, 2013

Good breakfast variety. One of our 3 rooms had an AC problem that was taken care of. The hotel does not have the ambience of a 5 star hotel but the service was every bit as good. September 11, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay! This was our second time to be guests in this hotel. We have enjoyed both of our visits...This hotel is clean, with upscale furnishings, wonderful hot breakfast with a great variety of choices. Our room was large, and comfortable. Quiet at all times. We also enjoyed the use of the fitness center and the pool. Easy location just off the highway and close to alot of restaurants and movie theater as well. Plenty of free parking and Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff was friendly when we requested more towels and other products. There was only one staff member who was not very friendly or accomodating regarding a toothbrush and toothpaste. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here during future visits to the area. E.M. from Arizona July 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great! We were in Camden for our son- in- laws graduation, there was also a softball tournment going on. The hotel was full of little girls running everywhere. At ten the manager ask the girls to quit running up and down the halls so her other guest could rest. We really appreciated this. Super nice staff and great rooms. June 29, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by room was like an oven I checked in around 7:00 p.m. and my room was extremely hot, probably over 90 degrees. Everything in the room was hot including the bed, pillows, chair, desk, etc. I turned the AC to high but it was after midnight before the room cooled off to a comfortable temperature. I understand leaving the AC in the room off if no one is in the room but it should have turned on once I reserved the room. June 18, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs new management. I rode to Clarksville to spend the weekend riding the Ozarks on my motorcycle. I'm a full-time traveler, I no longer maintain a home or apartment. As a Platinum Card holder that spends over 100 nights per year in Holiday Inn Rooms, I feel that I'm qualified to be a judge of a poorly run property. Typically, when I book a room more than a week in advance, I get a free upgrade. NOT HERE. Typically, when I check into a Holiday Inn, or any other chain covered by Priority Rewards, I am always given a drink and complimentary snack. NOT HERE. When I asked about it, I was told simply that they ran out. I asked about all the gift bags lined up along the wall, and was told that they were for a local college reunion taking place. (I guess I don't rate, I only pay them about $15,000 per year to stay in their rooms.) Later in the day a friend checks into the hotel and gets a suite, I asked him if he paid more, he said, "no". I asked if he was a Priority Rewards member, again, "No". I needed to use the office room computer to print a document. There were no paper clips, stapler, or any office supplies that are available at every other HI branded Hotel. I mentioned the lacking to the front desk, young Jake told me that he would supply the office. Again the following day, nothing had been touched. Young Jake likes to argue with people that are on the phone making reservations, and roll his eyes when they ask questions. This is NOT good customer service while there are people at the counter. I had asked to speak to the manager during my stay. I'm certain that the message wasn't passed along. If it was and I was ignored, it follows along with everything else in the facility that was being ignored. The property was in great condition, it looked new, and my room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job. There are NO Restaurants locally that are worth eating at. We drove two exits to get to the Waffle House for a Steak. It was the best place nearby. I will NOT use this facility again, and DO NOT recommend it to anybody unless your expectations are low. Then you will be quite happy. April 28, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Holiday Inn Arrived in Clarksville after a long drive. We wanted a very quiet room. Staff was most accomodating and extremely helpful. Room was very clean and comfy and very quiet. My only complaint - and it certainly doesn't pertain to this particular motel alone, but the Holiday Inns in general - is that the comforter they are now placing on all the beds is too warm. We stayed in Holiday Inns all but one night out of six on this particular trip. We were very pleased with all of them. The chain has improved a lot over the years. The one in Clarksville, however, stood out as the very best. If we head that way again, they'll definitely have our business. Staff was outstanding!! April 9, 2013

There was only one newspaper offered not the USA Today that I have become accustomed to at a Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was not fresh. Was promised a receipt would be emailed to me and nothing has been sent along with issues that it is not being processed. January 21, 2013
