Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. This was our 4th visit to this hotel and we always enjoy our stay. Staff are incredibly welcoming and make you feel special. Everything is very clean and the free snacks and breakfasts are always satisfying. There's nothing like the smell of fresh-baked cookies when you walk into the lobby! On this trip, we arrived early on Monday and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub all to ourselves...lovely! May 12, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice folks, but not customer focused nice folks,except no acknowledgement of being a diamond member nor request to be upgraded approved,even though they were not sold on on my night of stay. I also had a problem with the clerk when I checked out the next day, I was not able to get a receipt due to "computer problem" and was promised I would get one emailed to me that afternoon, I did not get a receipt and had to go out of my way back to the hotel the next evening to PU my receipt service was good, but treated like I was lucky to stay at their hotel. retraining of staff needs to be done, especially with new hotels being built in area, and the gas shale market is salowing down April 30, 2013
