Everything was satisfactory at this lodging except breakfast. The orange juice machine was broken and no effort was made to repair or replace it. They ran out of the signature cinnamon rolls very early in the morning. The dining room was seriously understaffed and nobody exhibited any hustle or sense of urgency. Fix this localized problem and you would have a very satisfactory establishment.

room was fine but when i went to take a shower in the morning there was an old wash cloth on top of the shower curtain that was dirty and missed by housekeeping. It really made me wonder what else was not clean

Had to change rooms 3 times in 2 nights because of flea invested rooms. I have bites up and down my legs.
This hotel needs to be bug bombed.

I wish I could remember everyone's names now but they were all very courteous and helpful! The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool was warm & hot tub too. Thank you.

My family recently spent 4 nights at this hotel. i understand it was New Years but the FREE breakfast was a real disappointment. They were out of cartoms of milk,sugar packets,bacon,sausage,yogurt,bananas,pancakes and cinanmon rolls. The staff should have suffcient supplies to cover the holiday period, VERY DISAPPOINTED in my stay

The hotel is in a good location with shopping and few restaurant and pretty close to downtown Tampa. I loved the huge shower and the suite was really with great and clean. the French door in between rooms for privacy was a nice thought. The Huge window with a lot of sunlight was my favorite. Awesome jacuzzi but breakfast was not great. But it's better than nothing.
Overall, it was a great experience and enjoyed the stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for a week. The staff was great. They give me ride to and from shoping malls and helath club places. Thanks to GM Jaison.. very nice guy.

A new property management company recently acquired the property. So, with that in mind the problems I experienced were new to them. The GM did respond well and got involved to resolve the problem. However. I did have to threaten action to get him involved. The basic property is nicely maintained with friendly staff & service. However, the maintenance of their internet service and business center equipment needs serious upgrading, which they promised to do. I would give them another shot because of the property condition and location and staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel twice in several weeks during the purchase process of a condo in the Clearwater area. After my first stay I vowed to stay here again with my family when I was to return for the condo closing, and I did. The hotel was very clean, the staff very accommodating and friendly , the free breakfast was a great plus and offered many choices not usually seen at hotels in this category (scrambled eggs, bacon etc..). I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times, and have been very pleased with it. The bed this time was a little on the hard side, and I usually like a firm bed. The breakfast selection is great, the staff friendly and helpful. We like staying here and will do so again in the future.

This is an upscale hotel at low cost! When I checked in (as a new Priority Club member), I was upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. What a bargain! The suite was very large and comfortable. The staff was friendly at all times, and I felt very safe in the hotel. The *only* downside is the location -- the nearest beach is 25-30min away, and there are very few bars within walking distance of the hotel. Other than that, I'd highly recommend it!

The staff was helpful however not able to print off a confirmation receipt when we stopped in on Friday afternoon to reserve a room for Sunday. Two people working at desk - one very very chatty. The staff member trying to secure our room, had it for Monday instead of Sunday at first, then had to change. Never received printed confirmation.....wrote number on scrape piece of paper which we provided. When we arrived at hotel on Sunday the room was fine, but the pool was a completely different story!!!! We were very disappointed in this. It appeared that the pool had not been vacumed or cleaned for at least 4-5 days!!! When the weather is 87 - 90 degrees outside I would think you would be more attentive to the pool area. The towels you are to use for the pool are about half the size of a bath towel and are so stiff and rough I would use them to scrub tile floors not poolside! :(
