Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, clean large shower. If you are traveling for very long the breakfast gets to be tiresome. No yogurt was unavailable. Short supply of fruit. Apple juice tasted like water. Normally where we stay there are fresh baked cookies. Here we had store bought upon arrival. Then nothing for the rest of the stay. Only one newspaper. If you needed something like a remote (none in the room on arrival) they did not have anyone available to deliver it to the room. Internet was fine, worked well. Courteous staff. April 27, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by my stay staff is great. but pool and hot tub was closed. Your internet service provider is horrible. They couldn't enter a mac address for me during my last stay when they guaranteed it would be on the next day which was wed am. I checked out fri and it still was not entered. This is not the type of service that i expected for holiday inn to be associated with. You should go back to who you were using before. They had excellent service. April 24, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay! This was the fifth year my swim team has stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at ICOT Center and as always, everything was wonderful. Sure, there are plenty of other hotels closer to the competition site in St. Pete, but I'd rather stay at a place that I know will provide an affordable group rate for my team with great rooms and services. The kids also love the pool and the pancake machine. I look forward to coming back next year. It's become our home away from home! April 13, 2013

I loved having coffee, eggs, sausage and pancakes ready to eat every morning. The complimentary shuttle to surrounding areas including the gym was exceedingly helpful. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great bed, great staff This hotel sponsored a gymnastics meet that we attended, so we expected some measure of kid-related chaos...which we got...but the staff were quick to address the loud play in the hallways as best they could allowing us some needed rest before competition. The staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful for the duration of our 2-night stay. One down side for us was the volume of people who had to eat breakfast very early (LOTS of gymnasts as well as the entire Kentucky women's softball team who were also staying at the hotel). One other minor issue was room lighting and electrical outlets. A few key bulbs were burnt out, and there were very few places to plug in all the electronics used by kids & grown ups these days... :-) - but these things were minor impact and did not diminish from our overall experience. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel update needed During my two weeks on a Florida trip from Ohio I stayed in 4 Holiday Inn Express hotels. I think yours is over priced and in need of a general update. It was by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in, ever, and I've stayed in many over the years. I stayed in your hotel on a Monday and Tuesday nights and was charges two different room rates. This did not make sense to me. March 4, 2013

The hot tub and heated pool were the highlight for the kids. We will definitely stay here again, if we make it back to Florida. February 25, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast Quality Breakdown Everything was satisfactory at this lodging except breakfast. The orange juice machine was broken and no effort was made to repair or replace it. They ran out of the signature cinnamon rolls very early in the morning. The dining room was seriously understaffed and nobody exhibited any hustle or sense of urgency. Fix this localized problem and you would have a very satisfactory establishment. February 24, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by terrible breakfast My family recently spent 4 nights at this hotel. i understand it was New Years but the FREE breakfast was a real disappointment. They were out of cartoms of milk,sugar packets,bacon,sausage,yogurt,bananas,pancakes and cinanmon rolls. The staff should have suffcient supplies to cover the holiday period, VERY DISAPPOINTED in my stay January 7, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay The hotel is in a good location with shopping and few restaurant and pretty close to downtown Tampa. I loved the huge shower and the suite was really with great and clean. the French door in between rooms for privacy was a nice thought. The Huge window with a lot of sunlight was my favorite. Awesome jacuzzi but breakfast was not great. But it's better than nothing. Overall, it was a great experience and enjoyed the stay. January 3, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good, Bad & Ugly! A new property management company recently acquired the property. So, with that in mind the problems I experienced were new to them. The GM did respond well and got involved to resolve the problem. However. I did have to threaten action to get him involved. The basic property is nicely maintained with friendly staff & service. However, the maintenance of their internet service and business center equipment needs serious upgrading, which they promised to do. I would give them another shot because of the property condition and location and staff. December 8, 2012

After my first stay I vowed to stay here again with my family when I was to return for the condo closing, and I did. The hotel was very clean, the staff very accommodating and friendly , the free breakfast was a great plus and offered many choices not usually seen at hotels in this category (scrambled eggs, bacon etc..). The bed this time was a little on the hard side, and I usually like a firm bed. The breakfast selection is great, the staff friendly and helpful.
