Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NO HOT WATER!! The hotel guests awake at 6 am to find that there is no hot water throughout the hotel. The young man at the front desk was very nice and said he did not know what was going on and had been trying to contact the hotel maintenance guy, but he was not answering his phone. The manager's response? Keep blowing up the maintenance guy's phone. According to the front desk, management would be in around 8:30-9:00. WHAT? The hotel has no hot water for the guests and this is the response? How about management gets on site and helps the poor front desk guy deal with upset and angry guests that they paid for accommodations where they couldn't take a hot--or even warm--shower in the morning? How about you call someone else to come and fix the hot water problem? And there is only ONE person that services the entire hotel? No back-up service? What a poorly managed situation - reflects VERY badly on the management. December 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place and staff We stay in the Clermont area frequently to fly our glider at Seminole Lakes Glider port just West of Clermont. The location just off SR 27 is perfect. Close restaurants, quiet building (no road noise) and no traffic problems. This is our go-to property! December 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Guest services I want to comment on the customer service my husband and I experienced at the Holiday Inn Express in Clermont, Fl. Ryan, Amy, Debbie and Marybeth were wonderful! We were in the process of moving and the conditions were stressful, especially since we did not know the area well. The staff was soooo helpful and kind, taking time to give directions while answering numerous questions. While those at the desk were helping us on a daily basis our room service was excellent. The cleaning staff was wonderful, and always had smiles for us. We could not thank all those who had contact with us enough. I sincerely hope those at the corporate level do take time to recognize and acknowledge their hard working and wonderful employees, especially those at the Clermont hotel. December 8, 2014

I would like to see USB connectors at the computer desk and or night stands for charging of phones, but this is about the only knock for this location. December 7, 2014
