Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing Stay This property is a bit difficult to access but once found your not going to be disappointed by the cleanliness,and helpful staff. It is all great and more than expected. They are updating the facility without any interruptions from the crew doing the work. I hope they let you raise your location sign so it would be easier to find. Even the GPS had difficulties due to the highway relocation, that was being completed. Thanks for a great time. Had the king suite - spacious - would have rather had a separate "space" when family came to room to visit but it was still good space. Breakfast was OK. Good times! September 28, 2013

The staff, each and everyone, knew the situation and had the new paperwork ready. Never let me feel like I was anything but welcome. I enjoyed the stay and would use them agsin. Work on road made it a little harder to get in and out of the driveway. Hopefully soon to be done before my next visit. July 18, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Quality of Facility I have stayed in A LOT of Holiday Inns and will continue to but this was the worse. Half of the third floor was smoking, the whole floor smelled like and dirty ash tray. When I turn my A/C on it smelled like an ash tray. When we got there there were no rooms available to check into so I went to eat lunch and had to come back to get ready to attend a wedding. I came to the front desk they did offer to move me but I did not have enough time to do this. I did not fell welcome as a Priority Club Platinum member although they did thank me for being one. I can assure you I will never waste my time, money or POINTS to stay here again. Unbelievable!!!! I have never experience this any other location before. April 26, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not very comfortable. The rooms have a fresh coat of paint but a tiny dining table instead of a desk. The rooms seem to have less square footage than standard Holiday Inn Expresses. There was a towel in the bathroom when we arrived that looked dirty like it had ear wax or something worse on it. Almost used it to dry my face. The staff is not very respectful or nice. To call what they have high speed internet high speed is a joke and false advertising. February 21, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Less than honest staff We had stayed at this hotel in years past. My wife and I had planned to visit with some old friends in the area before moving on to our final destination in Florida. We were excited to meet them for lunch and in our hurry my wife left a sweater in the rooms closet. We had a nice visit with our friends and continued on to Lakeland for the night, When we had gone about half way my wife remembered she had left her sweater. We immediately called the hotel and asked if the sweater had been found. The person that answered was gone a moment or two, when they returned they said to call back the next morning as the staff had left. The next morning we called and the person who answered said nothing was turned in. We called again the next day and still no response. Now I realize it was our fault for leaving it behind. However the fact that somehow no one found it is impossible to believe. I would think hotel policy would be to at least keep the article a designated number of days and after that dispose of the item. My solution will be to never recommend this hotel again! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Switched Rooms I made our reservations for our 50th anniversary trip in August. Got email confirmation in January. Both times for the desired 2 double beds. When we arrived, we got a king bed... no possibility to change (filled). How did this happen? Do we have to lie and say we will have 4 adults so they don't arbitrarily change our reservations? Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable I enjoyed the stay in this hotel. The last two Holiday Inn stays the air-conditioner and heat unit was so loud we couldn't sleep. This room was wonderful. Air unit quite no outside noise breakfast was good. All in all it was a very nice stay. I will stay again, but will be sure to ask for a room with a quiet air unit January 27, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 The stay at your HI on a smoking floor I requested a no pet room along with a no smoking room . I did get my no smoking room however it was on the 3rd floor which was the smoking floor for this HI, There was no attempt to change my room To a non smoking floor,the staff was kind and courtesy and did say the hotel was changing to a 100 percent no smoking hotel next year. I am thankful that this stay was a over night stay. January 18, 2013

When we arrived there was one person working at the front desk and was on the phone with a customer for probably 15 -20 minutes while we stood there. A little annoying but not a big deal, he was friendly and helpful once off the phone. We used my husband's priority points for a free or discounted room at the end of December. We booked a non-smoking room in November online. When we got to our room it smelled of smoke. I called the front desk to see if we could get a different room and he said they were booked. When I asked why we were in a smoking room when we booked a non-smoking room, he replyed "well we were told to give you whatever was left." So much for "priority" service. I wasn't aware being a priority card member meant you were given "whatever rooms are left?" The room itself was clean and comfortable aside from the smoke smell but we won't be staying here again and aren't pleased with the Holiday Inn Express protocols. January 8, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay for a great Price! The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. Mary Beth check us in very fast she was warm and friendly. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were comfortable too. I think that having refrigerator in the room is great but they also need microwaves as well. Also, the rooms should have an information book in them. The breakfast was very good Angela, really keep the area clean and fill for the guest to get a hot breakfast. The house keeping staff all had on uniforms which made them look very professional and they really keep the rooms clean and that made our stay enjoyable. I as a Travel agent will recommend this hotel, if I have customers that will be staying in that area. November 3, 2012
