Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All great except bathroom lighting Staff was very friendly and helpful; breakfast was great; room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom lighting was inadequate. Because of this I might not want to stay here again. Having good lighting in the bathroom is very important to me because I like to be able to see what I'm doing when I put on makeup. If that issue were improved, I would definitely stay again. I use this as my go to hotel for guests I host as well as my own family when we just want to get away from our ministry at the church. Even though there is a Hampton that opened since then very close by, this HIE still excels. It even has a Longhorn right in front of the property which is another extra star! November 12, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Internet I have been staying extensively at this HIE for business. Everything about this hotel is great, especially the staff, except for one thing. The internet is TERRIBLE. I've been in several different rooms so I have a pretty good handle on it. Half the time the signal is so poor that my devices can't find it. When it does connect, it often times out on the login screen because the signal is so weak. I now just use the ethernet connection for my laptop. It too, is often times slow. This also doesn't help with all my other wireless devices. If they would just get this one thing taken care of it would be a 5 star experience as far as HIE's go. I'll finish by saying if you don't plan on using the internet then I highly recomend this HIE. November 11, 2014

It had 2 televisions and a separate "outer" office/room and kitchenette. Great stay, great staff, great breakfast! November 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Good choice for Cleveland area hotel Our three-night stay in Cleveland was made more comfortable by the staff at the Hotel Inn Express. The hotel rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly. There was no indoor pool, which was disappointing, and there was a scent of cigarette smoke at the front door, but these minor glitches were eclipsed by the exceptional service and presentation of the property.
