Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff, quiet, fresh, and clean with great linens and mattresses The staff worked diligently to make us feel like we were home more than any other hotel we've stayed in. The rooms were super quiet. The carpet is clean and the furniture and paint are fresh. The towel linens are large and thick. The bed linens are cozy and the mattresses are the perfect firmness. This hotel must have excellent management because the details were all cared for with great attention. May 14, 2015

The front desk staff were incredible, from booking reservations all the way to check out. If you need to go to Cleveland, TN or anywhere near, this is the place to stay, May 13, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Beware former occupant might have smoked! We stayed 4 nights. The first night our room was almost unbearable as it had evidently been heavily smoked in, though the staff assured me the hotel is a smoke free building. Additionally the cleaning crew had attempted to cover the strong cigarette odor with a strong citrus spray. The combined smells were overwhelming and caused me to have an adverse allergic reaction. It was too late to change locations and the hotel was fully booked, so they couldn't move us to another room until the next day. The subsequent room was satisfactory (no smell!). The management was pleasant and apologetic. Henceforth, I will check the room before agreeing to stay and plan to allow enough time to find lodging elsewhere if the hotel is not able to provide an alternative to a repulsive room. Other than that the hotel was acceptable. May 6, 2015

The staff were very friendly and courteous. They had a very good breakfast selection and there is a Lone Star Steakhouse within walking distance. May 5, 2015
