Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Well I have mixed reviews The hotel was very nice, the staff was very helpful. Here is where the unhappinesss lays. We checked in on December 11th to stay one night. On Friday our car broke down. We had to put the car in the shop to have it repaired. So, we went back to Hoilday Inn, while the car was repaired. After we checked out on Friday Dec 12th, we went on our way. Friday evening my wife logged on to our bank account and saw that Hoilday Inn had charged our account for "Smoking in the room". Now my wife and I are both smokers, but WE DO NOT smoke indoors. My wife called Hoilday Inn and asked why we were charged $250.00? Their response was housekeeping saw Cigeratte Butts and "loose Tobaco. Now, no matter where we are we do not leave our Cigeratte butts on the ground we keeep them in our pockets and at the end of the night we clean out our pockets and throw the butts in the trash. Becasuse they charged our account we were "over drawn" (not a good thing right before CHRISTmas). I could see if they smelled an odor of smoking or saw evidence of cigeratte that had be put out while in the room. I will say once my wife called and told them to look at their survallance cameras to see us smoking outside. They did credit our account. But, that is a day late and a dollar short. It will take 5 to 7 business days for that $250.00 to be credited to our account. As for the owner of the Hotel, it was nice to see him in the morning walking around talking to everyone during breakfast. I just wished someone would have gave us a heads up that they were going to charge us. We would have told them, no no we smoked outside look on your cameras. Thank you, C. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by All great except bathroom lighting Staff was very friendly and helpful; breakfast was great; room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom lighting was inadequate. Because of this I might not want to stay here again. Having good lighting in the bathroom is very important to me because I like to be able to see what I'm doing when I put on makeup. If that issue were improved, I would definitely stay again.
