No restaurant. Limited food options.
No dry cleaning service although local cleaner offers pick up and delivery, staff refuses to et up an account.

HI Express is our first choice in lodging when traveling across the country. This location delivered excellent accommodations at a reasonable price. Easily accessible from the highway, this location offered a clean quiet room and comfortable bed.

We stayed here twice in three weeks. While the hotel is very clean, quiet and comfortable, the breakfast bar leaves a lot to be desired. Only one choice of cereal (full of sugar), the biscuits were dried out and crunchy, juice was watered down and the bananas were ready to bake bread! Both times we were extremely disappointed in the breakfast bar offerings and ended up going out to eat. Not what we expected when you stay at HI Express. Couldn't there be more choices and fruit that is fresh?

We enjoyed the hotel very much, it was full to capacity. We were traveling to Florida for the winter and this was just a stop over. The amenities were true quality of what we expect at a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was the same quality, however, there were a number of people in night wear and bare feet. We really don't appreciate seeing bare feet while eating and felt there should be a policy enforcing this.

I've stayed here before and will stay again. I emailed the hotel about a room preference and Mr. Hughes responded and made sure I had a room in the location I requested. I have only two minor complaints. The coffee at the breakfast bar was not nearly hot enough. The housekeeping staff didn't clean close enough to the beds. There were pieces of candy left there by someone before we arrived. Other than that, it would have been 5 Stars all the way!

Traveling with two adults and three children is not always easy to find an appropriate room but the Suite with two queen beds and pull out sofa was perfect. Thanks.
