Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful Hotel Everything about this hotel is top drawer. However, I rated sleep quality a 4 star because my husband was kept awake by traffic noise. Also, I would prefer having a notice in the room that all key areas have been sanitized, i.e. remote controls, light switches, flush handles have been sanitized as they are known to harbor germs. This is true for all hotels and think it is an area that is too often overlooked. February 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Location, location! Returning from Fla. to Ohio stopped at this HI Express. The desk clerk was efficient, friendly, and helpful. The only room available was a suite. It was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast was tasty, We would definitely stay there again. February 12, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The good and the bad All in all, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this Holiday Inn. It is relatively new, conveniently located and has some pretty nice amenities. The front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful. Lobby area was nice and there were plenty of places to just hang out if one didn't want to be restricted to their room. The work out area was okay but is in need of some free weights and mats. Presently, there are a few treadmills, a bike and an elliptical. Breakfast there is not a good idea if you are diabetic or have any dietary issues since most items are laden with sugar or processed. Just a crock pot of good old fashioned oat meal would go a very long way, along with some cut up fresh fruit. Housekeeping needs to be fired or re-trained. The first evening, I returned to an unmade bed, cold coffee still in the cup, sink area not cleaned. Housecleaning had dropped off towels and departed. Second and third nights, bed was made but there's that cold coffee again and that dirty sink... I had to make a special trip to the front desk since the coffee had not been replenished and there would have been none for the a.m. I will be staying in the Cleveland area for the next several months for my job and will give this Holiday Inn one more chance. I sincerely hope they improve their housekeeping. I can live with some of the other small short-comings. February 10, 2015
