Nice new facility conveniently located to most everything in Cleveland. Once the construction in front is done (unknown business) it will be even more visually pleasing. Staff was pleasant (a little more attentive to guests coming and going would go a long way) and the rooms were quite comfortable. The pricing, even at AAA rates, was a bit high for this area and I feel could be adjusted appropriately. And as usual the cinnamon buns are a temptation hard to pass on.

Heading home from a trip during which we stayed in other facilities, theCleveland HIE was like coming home. The folks were great, rooms were great, but best of all I could see to fix my hair and but makeup on. That was great! Thank you.

This is a newer Holiday In express so it did not even show on GPS . It was very clean, Beds were extremely confortable . Breakfast needed some pancakes or waffle maker like other Holiday inn's. But I would reccomend it to anyone and we plan on staying there again.

The Holiday Inn Cleveland Northwest is a new construction finished in 2012. It is close to highway 75 but far enough for not getting bothered by the noise.
My reservation went smoothly and the person making the reservation even got my name right. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are great as everything is new. The breakfast (included in the price) covered the usual variety of options provided in a Holiday Inn.
Close to the hotel (drive of 5 minutes) you find many restaurants including Outback, Olive Garden, Chilis and many more and shopping malls. All places are new!
Great experience....Will be back soon!

One of the best Holiday Inn Express. Ever! Very friendly and helpful staff. Of course I would recommend this property just for the southern hospitality not to mention the comfy beds. The night we checked in, there were several Volleyball teams checking in for a weekend club ball tournament and they were somewhat rowdy for a while.; but hey, they are girls and said they had been riding for over 4 hours to get there. They finally calmed downed and it was a very peaceful experience and we met a lot of new friends the next morning at breakfast. I give this hotel 5 ******'s!

I stay in hotels 10-15 nights a month and this location is one of the finest. I look forward to when I am working within 30 miles of this inn and am willing to drive out of way to stay here. The facility is great and comfy. The staff is very professional and always strives to make my stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. Most all of the staff now know me by name and go out of their way to speak to me.

Upon check in was greeted by very friendly staff who delighted in telling us about the hotel and our standard 2 queen room. Once we opened the door I was sure we were in the wrong room as it was big and very nice to just be called "standard". The beds were sooooo comfortable, it was like sleeping on clouds, yes we peaked at the tag to get the brand name. TV channels had a good selection (regular and HD) and the wireless Internet worked great. Rooms were by far the nicest.
Breakfast was hot and delicious (you HAVE to try the cinnamon buns - I ate 2)! The young lady who cleaned our room really did an excellent job. Thank you!
The downside of my stay at the Cleveland HIE? It just didn't last long enough :)
The next time I'm in town we will definitely be staying here!

Overall stay was ok but we expecting more for a new motel. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice. I let the front desk know upon checkout that our shower got warm but not hot. Looking for a hot shower in this cold weather and did not get it.
Breakfast was an experience lacking in customer service. We went to eat at 9:15 and could not get anything to eat. What we did eat had to be picked up as we were escorted away from the area.

This is a new hotel and I expected much better than I recieved. The staff were not very friendly upon arrival and departure. The furniture was very sparse and plain. The dresser was combined with the microwave and the refrigerator. The TV was good, but they did not have HD reception, which was a waste of good TV"s. I am not sure that I will stay there again.

Expected much nicer for a new property. The staff rarely looked up when I walked by the front desk. The maid cleaned off the desk and threw away the newspaper, not a big deal, but also some notes I had left. The Holiday Inn Express breakfast is never that great but this one was worse than normal. The exercise room is below par for what hotels catering to business travelers are offering. And becasue of the hotel location, it is difficult to exit the property in the morning if you are headed into Cleveland.

Recognition for Priority Club Members does not seem to be a priority here. No paper at door of room in the morning. Had to go to the desk to get my bill for check out. I think they are new at this and need some training. Breakfast not until 6:30 am should start at 6am.

We were in the Cleveland, TN area for a memorial service. This hotel is new so was not on our GPS, but we found it and were glad! We appreciated the front desk staff. Each one took time to greet us when we came or went from the hotel as did other workers. THANK YOU! We stayed 2 nights and our room was very clean, pleasant and comfortable. We live in the North where a Holiday Inn Express, for the price we paid, has an indoor pool and hot tub, so that was a bit disappointing. However, we would recommend this hotel to others who want to stay in a quiet location, in a new facility with an attentive staff.

We stayed three nights, had a great room, clean and very comfortable, breakfast was great, no noise, no street noise, modern, well cared for. The price is a bit more than some, but well worth it for the peace of mind knowing you can walk away with no complaints.
