This is about my third visit to Cleveland and each time I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Each stay was better then the last. They were very helpful with any and all of me concerns.
Both check-in and check-out was so very easy. Knowing that I was there for an appointment with the Cleveland clinic they did everything that they could to put me at ease about my upcoming appointment.

I had Cleveland as my halfway point on my road trip to Washington D.C. Having the valet service was a great help when you check in and out. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are amazing for the price. I couldn't wait to come back on my return trip home. This hotel is in walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and close to everything. I highly recommend this location when visiting Cleveland.

great overall stay, great service, great room.. but if you plan on staying after 9:00, you won't be able to sleep in with the sound of doors opening and closing with housekeeping outside your room.

The A/C malfunctioned so I was sweating all night. The shower curtain was too short for the shower stall, so there was water all over the bathroom floor. I told the maid and she just said, "yeah, I know." If she knows, then why doesn't someone fix it? The fitness room was a dark hole with poor ventilation, and 1980s-era fitness equipment that was mostly out of order. The internet connection was weak, and the business center PC was out of order. Overall, a big disappointment.

Great Holiday Inn Express in an old historical building. Rooms are big with tall ceilings. The hotel is steps away from 4th street that has tons of restaurants with outdoor seating. Also less than a mile from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Only downfalls - parking - you either valet or pay parking from $15 and up for the night.
Noise - we were there on a Saturday night and this hotel seemed to be a mecca for bachelor and and bachelorette parties. We were lucky the staff placed us away from their rooms but people we were traveling with were not so lucky.

This was my first time in Cleveland and it was a stop on or way to Washington DC. The room was wonderful and the hotel was close to everything. I would like to specifically thank Autumn at the front desk. She was very friendly and professional. Having that little extra attention makes a great difference in any vacation. She is a great asset to the Holiday Inn.
