The minute we pulled up in front of the hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly John D! He took care of us quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. At the front desk, after a short wait, we were greeted by Alyssa J, who apologized for the wait and patiently answered any and all questions we could ask her! When she couldn't answer a specific question, she told us she would ask her manager and call us in our room, which she did very quickly! We also had the services of Jasmin A and Johnny at the valet desk.....both eager to help and answer questions. Louis U of security was a great help in directing us around the area! All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and extremely eager to assist in any way they could. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we return to Cleveland!

My stay at the hotel was very good. I would tell all of my friends to stay at the hotel if they are in town for a trip, vacation or business. It is a nice place close to food places. So you do not have to wail a long ways.

Overall a very good stay. The wifi was quick and reliable, the housekeeping and breakfast staff were super and the location is great (lots of good restaurants nearby). The only shortcomings were (1) our final bill reflected parking charges that we did not incur. After the first night we moved the car to an adjacent self-park lot and told the hotel's valet what we were doing when he brought the car. We did not know that you had to tell the front desk as well. No problem removing the charges but it was annoying and (2) it would be nice if they had decent 24 hour coffee available. The coffee service in the room is typical, (I prefer to do without rather than drink that stuff). We've stayed at quite a few hotels that have really nice single serve machines.
