My stay here was wonderful! The room was large and well decorated. It was clean and ready. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, offering menus and talking extensively and politely about why I was visiting. Valet car service was great as well. The breakfast was pretty standard fare but was good. They also offered free drink tickets, but couldn't use them because I had to get to a concert. The only issue I had was with the television in the room and that was a minor one. Overall it was a great experience.

We liked the room other than the bathroom. The room was a good size with tall ceilings and large windows. The hardwood floors were very nice. The room was quite even though we were facing Euclid Ave. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a good picture.
On the other hand, there was the bathroom. After each flush I had to take the top off of the commode and jiggle the float to make the tank fill for the next flush. I didn't mind doing this a couple of times but after reporting the problem, it wasn't fixed during our two night stay. Also, the commode seemed to be leaning slightly to one side. I hope this was just a break down in communication because otherwise this is a good place to stay, if for no other reason than the location. It's a short walk to Progressive Field and a longer but nice walk to the (mostly) Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Would like to see more variety in the breakfast selection otherwise I had a very pleasent stay. The room was larger than expected and the bed was comfortable.
The hardwood floors made for a little more noise from other guests.
