Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Construction going on The hotel was under some construction but the stay was good and the staff did a good job making sure that the hotel guests was taken care and not all bother by the constrution going on. Overall a good stay and will stay there again when I am in that area April 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good choice among hotels Nice hotel in good condition; staff was friendly and helpful. I asked several about a good local restaurant, and chose the one they all recommended, which turned out to be a good choice. Evening reception had a nice selection of snacks / appetizers, and breakfast had a good selection. Seating area was comfortable. Room was well-kept, and bed was comfortable, even though I never could get the right combination of firm and soft pillows. The fitness center looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to use it. I would be willing to stay there again. April 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome Located in Cleveland Mississippi this hotel is in an awesome location close to everything. We arrived and checked in to our ajoining room that was not very conducive to our family needs. We brought it to the managers attention as well Mark the front desk attendant who was very attentive in this matter. We were offered another room 311 and it was very accommodating to our family needs. The staff kept our room extremely clean and tidy each day of our stay and also brought forgotten items to us upon check-out. That was a first from any other hotel we've stsyed in. So thank you!!! The reception personnel were very helpful in advise on what to do in the city. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruits and juices, eggs, biscuits and gravy and a pancake maker that produced yummy pancakes we will be staying again hopefully we get room 311 again. Job well done!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Planning to stay again. Room and bathroom were updated and clean. Internet connection was good. It was nice having a fridge and micro in the room. Hotel was pretty quiet overall and the breakfast was good. They have a pancake machine -- but a waffle maker would be nice, too. The free cookies were a nice touch! March 23, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay The service was good. The food choices for breakfast were very good. I was able to sleep reasonably well, and the mattress was comfortable. Staff were friendly, and answered most my questions attentively. Price was a little higher than other locations in the Mississippi Delta, but reasonable overall. I would likely make a reservation at this hotel in the future. Nice location to where I needed to travel. March 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Minor maintenance issues Best looking hotel in Cleveland but I had a few minor problems related to maintenance. Cracks in ceiling and hole in bathroom wall. My keycard didn't work, no maintenance man on duty. The employee at the desk could only open my door with his key. In the morning he was busy so it was inconvenient trying to workout and have breakfast. The manager called me after my stay to apologize and offer 10,000 points. Instead they gave me 3000.
