The only complaint I can think of was the sitting chair in our room was too small for a big and tall person. The chair at the desk fine. Renovations on outside were not complete but not an issue. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel despite construction The hotel is currently undergoing some remodeling so the outside may not look to par for a typical Holiday Inn. However, once you get inside, you'll find every amenity in pristine condition. My only grievances were the lack of adequate parking spaces, parking lot lighting, and the access to other entrances. You could exit using the side doors however you could not enter them. The front desk clerk explained that there was something wrong with the key card scanners, so you have to walk all the way to the front to enter the hotel. That's not a great idea for someone alone, parked in the back of the hotel with little lighting. Hopefully, that will be resolved soon for the safety of others. November 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom While on a family event this past weekend we encountered many issues with the staff and room. The toilet seat was extremely loose the fan very noisy, and the shower rod was loose at one end and broken at the other. some on the staff was outstanding while the staff we told about the issues in the bathroom seemed not to care October 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by THIS STAFF IS WONDERFULL My huusband works out of town during the week and stays in many different hotels. I stay when i can get away with him.. But the staff from the manager down to the maintenace worker is so friendly and helpful.We were having to stay for two weeks and it shown no rooms available during the weekend so we were gonna have to move to a different town about 1 hr away. This was making res. online. I had called the weekend before and spoke to someone not knowing it was the manager. She had said not to worry we will find you a room so you dont have to move for the weekend. When my husband checked in, he came out and said we dont have to checkout this weekend we are here two weeks. We appreciated that so much, When cleaning our rooms or checking each day they would go out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. At nite they would have a different fodd in the breakfast area to be enjoyed by all. I know there is renovations going on but because of the staff we were not hindered or bothered by this . It hard having to spend a lot of time in different hotels but other hotels and staffs should take lessons from them ,they made being away so much easier. they treat you like family instead of a stranger.Its the little things that mean the most and make the differance!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF MY HUSBAND AND ME. WE WILL BE BACK IF WE ARE EVER CLOSE TO THIS TOWN. October 27, 2014
