the HI Cleveland is undergoing renovation. However its being done in a manner not to inconvenience its guess. this is a nice place to stay while in the Cleveland Ms area. the front desk staff was nice and always smiling. very friendly and courteous and made you feel welcome. i was greeted at check end and allowed to check in early

ROOMS HAVE BEEN RECENTLY UPDATED AND THE RESULT IS A VERY COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS FABULOUS AND THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST ME.

We were in the King/Whirpool suite and had a very good stay overall with one exception, the business center computer was very slow and unable to print. The front desk attendant said that every time the computer was shut down the print driver had to be reinstalled but she couldn't seem to get that accomplished. So, I had to download the driver and install it myself so we could print what we needed.
One more item that did not effect the comfort of our stay at all but seemed odd was that the largest suite (and most expensive listed) was very outdated. Full length mirror was missing, mis-matched light fixtures and an old projection big screen television in the living area with HD channels it couldn't properly display. This was not a problem being that the bedroom had a flat screen tv that worked fine.
Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay and would expect you would enjoy your time here as well.

This location appeared to be very busy.
All the customers I seen and related with were very happy here and had positive comments. Very enjoyable visit.

check in person was not friendly nor did she inform me of any of the amenities at the hotel. Never told me of the breakfast area, elevator, fitness, etc.
Room number was on paper and taped to the door.
Old wash clothe was dried and stuck to the top of the shower curtain rod.
