Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay. If you are visiting the Mississippi Delta, you can't beat the value, comfort, and location of the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Cleveland. The staff is great, the breakfast is wonderful, and it's centrally located for visiting sites throughout the region. Ken, Stone Mountain, GA. June 3, 2015

Comfortable And clean. Just had to wait for clean towels one day. But Staff very polite. Upgrade made a world of difference. Pool still not available. May 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Review The room was ok, could use a little update on the color and size of the TV; killed a spider on the bed and the bathroom shower curtian was broken at the top, looked sloppy. I was awaken by the maid in the hallway compaining to her co-workers about her work hours!! I think the whole floor heard the conversation, as the term in-side voice is a unfamiliar term. On the up side, the breakfast area and the lady who worked in it where both outstanding!!! May 15, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not great experience I did not have a great stay. The maid came to door and asked for the dirty towels but didn't have clean towels to replace them. She said, they needed to wash the towels before they could give clean towels... Had to wait to take a shower. The room key keep deactivating. The breakfast was not what I expected...the pancake maker was broke two days in a row. Then at checkout they tried to overcharge me by $40. I had to email her my confirmation email...which should've been in the computer. Amazing! May 14, 2015
