Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. The renovations of the guest rooms and lobby area really helped bring the look of the hotel up-to-date. The outside was still under construction so the parking area was messy but did not hamper parking. I will definitely stay here again. December 28, 2014

The only complaint I can think of was the sitting chair in our room was too small for a big and tall person. The chair at the desk fine. Renovations on outside were not complete but not an issue. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel despite construction The hotel is currently undergoing some remodeling so the outside may not look to par for a typical Holiday Inn. However, once you get inside, you'll find every amenity in pristine condition. My only grievances were the lack of adequate parking spaces, parking lot lighting, and the access to other entrances. You could exit using the side doors however you could not enter them. The front desk clerk explained that there was something wrong with the key card scanners, so you have to walk all the way to the front to enter the hotel. That's not a great idea for someone alone, parked in the back of the hotel with little lighting. Hopefully, that will be resolved soon for the safety of others. November 12, 2014
