Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Only one thing somewhat marred our stay I am a platinum flyer on American Airlines and travel quite a lot for business and pleasure. This trip I was detained longer than intended and was on my way back to the hotel to check out at 11 am but wanted to be able to take a shower before leaving. I called the front desk from my car and asked for a late check out at noon and for the first time in my life was told no. I was shocked. Everything else was quite good but that experience might make me try another hotel if ever in Cleveland again. September 1, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Stay We were greeted and checked in by Vicki who remained extremely cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. The guestroom was large, clean, modern and quite comfortable. We enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel and the internet speed and accessibility was superb. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating including umbrella tables to sit out of the sun. However, there were no pool towels in the specified cabinet. This was not a big deal to us because we always travel with beach towels. The bed, pillows, bed linens and towels were of exceptional quality and comfort for this level of hotel and that was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was typical but the breakfast area was well appointed and comfortable. The coffee is very good! Overall this was an extremely pleasant stay and we will definitely return when visiting family in nearby Splendora. August 20, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy No internet all night,and the maid came in on us after the do not disturb sign was posted outside the door. Nothing was done by staff to accommodate. I will never use this facility again. July 29, 2014
