Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Property We stayed at this property on our way to our cruise leaving out of Houston. The location was good, it was easy to find right off the highway. The location is about an hour from Bayport Cruise Terminal. The hotel was nicely decorated inside and out. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms and hotel were clean. When we arrived, we were originally in a room on the front side of the hotel. I have a hard time sleeping with traffic noise, so we asked if there were any rooms on the back side available. There were rooms available and they accompanied our request without any problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time we go on a cruise, we will be staying at this hotel. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value/Medical Necessity RIShwr Alert! This hotel is beautiful! From the outside, to the lobby and sitting areas, and the rooms - all are spacious, and pristine. There are plenty of towels, pillows, and linens. DirecTV in the room with many different channels. The wireless was easy to connect and very fast. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast has a variety of good foods that meet many dietary needs. There is only one room with a roll-in shower, so if you use a wheelchair, call directly and ask them to hold the room for you; it is given on a first request basis, regardless of medical necessity. Do not rely on the "Special Request" section of the reservation page if booking online. Also note that there are no shower chairs available, so showering is either messy or not available.
