Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value/Medical Necessity RIShwr Alert! This hotel is beautiful! From the outside, to the lobby and sitting areas, and the rooms - all are spacious, and pristine. There are plenty of towels, pillows, and linens. DirecTV in the room with many different channels. The wireless was easy to connect and very fast. The staff were friendly and responsive. The breakfast has a variety of good foods that meet many dietary needs. There is only one room with a roll-in shower, so if you use a wheelchair, call directly and ask them to hold the room for you; it is given on a first request basis, regardless of medical necessity. Do not rely on the "Special Request" section of the reservation page if booking online. Also note that there are no shower chairs available, so showering is either messy or not available. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Best hotel I've ever stayed at This stay was absolutely perfect for me. My suite was amazingly huge fully stocked with the necessities I needed. The room was cozy and clean. Very modern and spacious place. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, family, and anyone visiting or staying in Cleveland, TX. The staff and manager were also very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was fully stock and had a huge variety of things to choose from. I will for sure come back on my next stay. March 21, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fell short No IHG Gold member recognition. Not allowed enough towels for family of five to shower had to use three turn themin to be washed and wait..... and wait.... I have never been LIMITED my towels and I will NEVER stay with you again. Your cinnamon rolls were stale at 630 when we checked out. No bill available because your staff took upon self to use all my points instead of the poinst and cash I booked. VERY unhappy with your hotel. Should not be a Holiday INN Express if you cant acknowlege your Gold members. Still waiting for my points you failed to offer me at check in both days. February 28, 2015
