Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and helpful staff We had a large group of friends in the breakfast area in the late evening hours. The staff was very understanding and cooperative. At one point the group was told that we were to loud. No one complained and the group was very cooperative. The breakfast staff was also friendly and helpful. Good job to all the staff involved in making our weekend a good one, Keep up the good work!! January 27, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised After reading other reviewers, I was unsure what I'd find since there was a big mix. After arriving it was obvious that reviews done a year or more ago were before the complete renovation this hotel has undergone. It looked brand new on the outside AND inside. Everything was fresh and updated, the lobby and breakfast areas were extremely nice. Upon check-in it was very obvious the front desk staff and manager are intentional about making sure you feel welcomed. Breakfast had a very large variety... hot and cold items, eggs, breakfast meat, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt. No matter what your eating style is, you'll find something to your liking. It was also very clean. Room was clean and comfortable.. I thought it could have used more lighting but that was minor. The walls, carpet, bedding etc are all new and fresh. This is not hotel related but the only downside of this experience is that there is very little on this exit to eat... almost all fast food, one pizza place and a really good Mexican restaurant. But when I come back to this area, I will stay here again because the hotel is that good. January 16, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worn and Noisy The hotel has a nice external and internal appearance. Sounds carry between the rooms really easily. Snoring and conversations in the next room were easy to hear even with the AC running as background sound. Other people in other rooms in our group reported the same thing. The staff are excellent. The jetted tub in our room was broken in an extremely obvious way and the room should have been out of service. The furniture is somewhat worn, finishes rubbed off and scratched a lot, and needs to be replaced. Our room had several patches in the drywall. The room has had rough treatment. November 26, 2014
