Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in the room I've stayed at this location many times. I recommend this hotel as a good value. Rooms are clean. However, on my recent visit the juice machine was broken. There were no beverage choices with breakfast except for coffee. I asked the front desk for a bottle of water since there was nothing to drink, and they told me to use the water fountain. I persisted and they reluctantly gave me a bottle of water. They were unapologetic about the broken juice machine- couldn't they have gone across the street and purchased some orange juice to serve? Oh, and this location doesn't have any fruit with their breakfasts. January 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable and within walking distance The comfort of the room and the lobby were greatly appreciated. Bonus was the off-site gym. When traveling a lot for business, it sure is nice to have a variety of fitness options and places to walk to so you're not always driving! A full gym was across the street and we could use it for free. Home Depot, a mall, and several eateries were also within a mile or so and were easy to walk to for a little bit more non-behind-the-wheel time. January 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Okay but.. Room for improvement Love the coffee and that you have healthy options for breakfast such as yogurt, boiled egg and fruit. Rooms are nice, however the BATHROOM door does NOT stay open, it awful and quite an inconvenience. Especially when trying to dry our hair after showering. The humidity in the bathroom makes it impossible to dry the hair properly and counteracts the flat iron work. Also the doors have trouble reading the keys. it literally take me inserting the card key 10-12 times to get the green light @ room 207. Staff is great. Although i asked the lady at the front desk a question about the laundry/dry cleaning service and she responded that she did not know they offered Dry Cleaning service at your hotel.
