Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Basic hotel...nothing more, nothing less Front desk staff very good; fitness center is terrible; dead cockroach in bathroom there all week, left there to test the maid service...they failed miserably. Room temperature was either 55 or 80, no thermostat, just had to guess. Internet required constant "login". December 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Stay on the way to our Cruise The Holiday Inn Express was a breathe of fresh air. We had traveled over 9 hours and we just wanted a comfortable bed to get some much needed rest. We really enjoyed our rest. The pillows were so fluffy and big. The mattress was firm enough for my husband that had 2 back surgeries. When we arrived everything at the front desk was ready for us. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding. The morning breakfast was great. December 8, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disapointing I can start with the price. I think that this Holiday Inn took advantage of the situation and charged more than the normal rate. Second is we never got a wake up call as asked, almost missed out bus at NASA. Third if there was a special event like the Orion Launch this Holiday Inn could have made special arrangements to provide the breakfast, as it was no one that went to NASA that day got breakfast. Fourth, just the overall experience at this unit was disappointing. We are an exclusive Holiday Inn customer and this one just put a whole new light on it December 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent value, great staff, very comfortable We stayed 9 nights for vacation and visiting local family. This hotel was fantastic. It was a great price, we could walk to the Canaveral Pier and beach. The staff was so pleasant, friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. We had to run both the A/C and heater (had a cold snap). Both kept a controlled temperature without blasting you with air, and the unit was fairly quiet (did not disturb my sleep at all). The bed was very comfortable, and I liked the thick fluffy towels. The room and floors were very clean, but the area under the bedside table needed some dusting. The breakfast was standard HIE fare, but the girl managing the buffet was outstanding. Besides keeping the buffet spotless, she would come around and ask if you needed anything, and she would take your dirty plates away. The only drawback is limited parking. If you arrive at the hotel on a weekend, the lot is full. It's OK to park next to the hotel in the Publix lot. Had to do that one night but I felt safe walking the few feet to the hotel door, and my car was fine leaving it in that lot overnight (there were a number of other cars parked there as well). Will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I'm in the area. December 5, 2014

I got one of the best night's sleep before a race I've had - so clearly the room and bed were clean and comfortable! The suite had plenty of space for my crew. My kids loved the heated pool, I loved that we could walk next door to a Publix grocery store and restaurants. The best part of this hotel, however, is it's people. Rosalind (Rosalyn?), at the front desk in the evenings, was so friendly and helpful, but everyone we encountered was so nice and always willing to make your stay great. It's the service that really makes this place - kudos all. You clearly take customer service very seriously, and it shows. December 5, 2014
