We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our accommodations! The room was clean, the fridge was big, the beds really comfortable, the heating/cooling fan quiet, the pool was warm and our room was quiet. The staff were very helpful. The only thing I would like to see next time is a wider variety of teas and fruits for breakfast. We would love to stay again!

Staff were excellant and helpful. Went out of their way to assist and give information in regards to the local attractions.
Rooms were well maintained and clean.
Had a great expierence there.

Each of the staff members I interacted with was courteous and attentive. The room and facilities were clean and well kept. However, the elevator was incredibly slow (ended up using the stairs, although, that wasn't a bad thing) and the room overwhelmingly smelled of pool water. Probably from a family with kids, but was kind of annoying when I first walked in. Didn't really affect my ability to sleep, though.

Upon checking in the evening of January 29th, the front desk staff was not very cheerful and we felt rushed to check in. She provided some information, but was not very helpful or personal. The morning of Wednesday the 30th, the front desk staff was much more courteous and helpful.
The room itself was very nice, except it was not thoroughly cleaned and the floor had pretzels and crumbs on teh carpet along with toenails on the bathroom floor.

Excellent staff. Check in was very quick with everything ready for me when I arrived. The room was excellent and on the first floor as requested. The excersie room was OK but could be a little larger with more variety. Breakfast was very good but more tables are needed. Plenty of entertainment nearby for both kids and adults.

As a family we stayed here for four days before our cruise. The staff and front receptionist were so friendly and very helpful with all my questions. We were given discount cards that local businesses accept for dining and clothing. We really liked the transportation service from Pay What You Want Transportation, we had never heard of such thing. We even got a free tour around the area because we were inquiring about the housing market. I will always stay at this Holiday Inn., It was also nice to have the grocery store next store especially since we had my 3 yr. old with us. This location is perfect also with the beach within walking distance. I could probably go on and on but i will stop for now. Thank you again Cocoa Beach Holiday Inn for an awesome experience. We booked the HIE because we sailed on an 8 day cruise from Port Canaveral. The location was very convenient. We had the cruise package and Got to the Port at 10:30 and were able to be on board by noon! Awesome!
The room was great and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. The staff was friendly, eficient and very helpful and the breakfasts were great for a quick hot meal. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn to stop at when in Cocoa Beach

This particular Holiday Inn is one of my top places I have stayed. As a Platinum Member for many years, having traversed coast-to-coast numerously and a member of the 100K air mile travelling fraternity, I have found that it's location fits perfectly to my business needs. Add to the fact that the entire Staff is so professional, courtesous, friendly and knowledgeable - my numeorous stays very were/are all great.
The one bedroom suite was perfect to return to after long work days. The bed was firm and the water pressure good. The only thing I wish HI-CCB had was it had carried the NFL Network during my stays, being an avid football fan. A minor detail.
I will return to this HI during my next assignment to the Cocoa Beach area. Thank you HI-CCB Management and staff.

On the day before, we sailed out to sea, my family and I stayed at this hotel . The staff was very friendly and our beds were comfortable. Yes, I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends that come to cocoa beach, Florida.

I frequetnly stay at this hotel when i travel with work, however on my last visit the coworker that was with me didn't smoke in the room, however put cigarette butts in the trash from when we were at work. they hotel charged me an additional $250 for the room!!! I called to speak with management and was given to the person that answered the phone and they would not budge on this issue. wouldn't reccommend this to hotel to anyone!!!

We stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of November while we looked for a condo to rent . Right from the first check in the reception staff were welcoming and friendly . They provided advice about restaurants in the area and offered a late checkout.
The breakfast area was always well stocked and maintained.
The room was comfortable and clean . We appreciated the separate lounge area and the fast Internet. Proximity to the beach is great and the pool well situated to get the maximum sun.

Your staff was absolutely awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean. I liked that it was close to the beach. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Christian was absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough. I wish all the hotels was this friendly and good!!

I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn at least four times now - all for business. I return to this particular HI because of its high caliber staff and the accommodations - all levels of the staff have been extremely friendly and attentive to my needs. They have gone above and beyond the "normal" services of "other" hotel chains. As a Platinum Elite member of HI, this is one of my favorite HI's to stay during my assignments to this area and it ranks high amongst all the HI I have stayed in throughout the country. Its location to restaurants and other venues is good.

Nice room and comfortable bed.
Good breakfast and close to Port for cruise ships and also close to Cocoa Beach, which is just a few minutes walk.
Shuttle service to cruise port picks up directly outside hotel at 5 Dollars per person.
Free in room Wi-Fi.

We recently stayed at this property before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. This was the BEST experience we have EVER had at a Holiday Inn Express. The ENTIRE staff that we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, and got us whatever we needed. The property was clean, the pool was clean and beautiful, the hot tub the same way. The rooms were clean, good air conditioning, plenty of towels, water pressure in the shower - WONDERFUL, and lots of hot water. Beds were so comfortable. The room cleaning lady that we had was GREAT! Friendly, welcoming, AWESOME! In addition; we asked for a good restaurant in the area, and one of the nice ladies (all were nice though) at the front desk suggested a local Italian place - the Italian Courtyard. That was the BEST Italian place we have ever eaten at - and we travel constantly around the country and abroad. I don't know who owns this property, but they need to be commended for all they do. They keep a very clean, comfortable property, and keep the staff motivated, and friendly. GOOD JOB!!!!! We will definately stay at this property again and again when we are in the area!!!

We stayed 2 days with 2 adults and 2 kids in one room.
Room was big enough, clean and quiet.
Good service.
Very good breakfast but plastic dishes and too cold due to aircon.
Good location, 200m close to beach but have to cross a main street. Publix supermarket next to the hotel. Close to cape Canaveral (30minutes drive).
Free parking.
We enjoyed the stay.

We arrived at the hotel the night before our cruise without a car. Planned on walking to a restaurant for dinner. It started to rain not just a little, it poured. No umbrellas in hand and the hotel did not have any for us to use we asked for some trash bags to keep us dry. It gets better, the front desk staff suggested we use shower caps to keep our hair dry. It worked! We looked so funny, everyone could not stop laughing. We took photos and sent your staff acopy via email. I guess my point in all this is that your staff actually tried to help us out ! They felt bad that they did not have any umbrellas for us to use and the trash bags worked.....we stayed dry!

The stay was excellent.
Park and cruise fit out schedule nicely, however, if you are on a tight return schedule be aware that the hotel shuttle stops at other hotels along the way to discharge passengers.. The shuttle isn't exclusively for Holiday Inn Express Hotel guests.
