Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by clean, comfortable, what we are used to at HIE very pleased with all aspects of our 1 night stay until we returned from dinner to find that a "coffee & chocolate" affair had taken ALL available parking spaces. I would have expected that HIE would consider and accomodate it's paying guests. I was wrong. Indicative of short sighted, amatuer management,this quick $$ approach has insured that I & the other 2 couples that booked a total of 3 rooms will seek accomodation elsewhere upon our return to the Cocoa area. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable room The room was excellent, with king bed, sofa, comfy chair and 2 TV's, plus microwave and refrigerator. It was not called a suite but it seemed like one. Location is not the best, especially if you want to go to the space center, but you can find restaurants not too far away. My only complaint is that they need larger signs saying Holiday Inn, instead of a HUGE sign that says convention center. February 27, 2013

We were early so they hurried to make certain an upgraded room was ready and available for us so we could have immediate check in. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location with Good Access to The Kennedy Space Center We stayed at this property for three nights while visiting The Kennedy Space Center. The hotel has a large lobby and ample parking spaces. It’s a new property with entry access only through the lobby area. As Priority Club Platinum Members, we were upgraded to a suite. We came into a sitting room with a large TV; then there was a small kitchenette opposite a large bathroom; and then we entered the bedroom area which too had a large TV. So, there was lots & lots of room to relax and unwind. The bedroom even had a Jacuzzi but we didn’t use it during our stay. The Holiday Inn Express breakfast is always good with lots of choices. Hot items included small cheese omelets, breakfast meats (they rotated between sausage & bacon), biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Cold items included cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs and a variety of breakfast breads & muffins. Coffee, various juices and milk (regular and fat free) were available. Everything was kept full and fresh and it was a great way to start the morning. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Cocoa and we’ll return there when we next visit The Kennedy Space Center! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is great and beds very comfortable As in all of our Holiday Inn Express stays, everything was excellent. We couldn't ask for a more helpful staff. Our rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We stayed six nights and will gladly come back when we return to Cocoa. We have always had good experiences with Holiday Inn Express... that includes our stays in Anchorage, Vancouver, Texas, and Arizona. January 3, 2013

We had come in early and they managed to get us into a room without a wait. Bed was really comfortable. We had been living out of a suitcase for 6 days. This was the best stay. January 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Be Sure to get a room... This is a newer hotel... that said the elevator works well but is horribly smelly and caused my allergies to flair up. It then makes the elevator reception area very difficult to not want to run from. The decor is alright, but not anything to mention. The breakfast is less than typical HI Express. And, be sure to ask for a room on the side away from the highway. About 5am, the road noise woke me up and that was the start of my day. It's clean, but not my favorite HI. December 12, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient east Florida hotel Stayed two nights, one inbound, one outbound. November. Easy to find off I95 south from 528 to junction 201 after exiting Orlando airport. Welcoming staff, even at 20:00 hrs, comfortable and quiet room.Close enough to Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa Beach and Orlando. The staff made sure we were OK even though we had a late afternoon departure from Orlando and had to check out of our room by 11:00. Thanks to all at the hotel December 5, 2012
