Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient to airport, but thin walls I arrived late and greeted by a friendly hotel desk clerk. The room was clean, but when the guests arrived next to my room I could hear their entire conversation until late in the evening. Sadly, I didn't sleep much. August 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel! Very nice hotel near the airport. The staff was very helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with many options. I stayed there from 6 am until 2 pm to rest between flights. The check out time is later than other hotels in the area and so it was very convenient for my purposes. I would recommend this hotel. Bring an extension cord to plug in your laptop if you will be using it while sitting on the bed. You may need to plug the extension cord into another extension cord by the bed which has no space for an extra plug in. August 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay to be close to airport. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for an early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable when we arrived. There is a screen in front of the elevators where you can check flight information. Although we did not use the hotel shuttle, we noticed the driver come into the breakfast area to announce he was leaving for the airport. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would stay again. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lost one reservation, downgraded I made two reservations. I signed up for the rewards the day before but did not receive any of the advertised benefits. They lost one of my reservations. They did not warn me that I would be staying in a regular room and my colleague would be in an executive suite. The room I was in had a very noisy AC unit. I do not mean it was noisy when it was on. It was LOUD when it was OFF! When I brought the issues up to the lobby they seemed confused and not apologetic. I am now required to travel a lot for business and my last experience at a Holiday Inn was worse. I would rather stay at a cheaper establishment with better customer service. The breakfast and internet here are very nice. That's about it. August 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by breakfast room staff I am sorry that I can't recall the name of the of the person working at the breakfast room, all that I can say is that she just started working at that particular holiday inn express. She was very efficient and knows how to treat people with respect. Great addition to the holiday inn workforce. keep up the good work. August 7, 2014
