Pillow comfort was the only issue I had. HI Express labels pillows either soft or firm. I could not tell the difference. This is an increasing problem with all HI Expresses lately, and if it is not addressed soon, I will stay elsewhere.

I checked into the hotel at three in the morning. Indicka gave me a warm welcome as if it was noon. She made me feel so better after a long drive. I also came in contact with Dangeliqe. She took the time to print directions out for me. These two employees are outstanding and because of them I will come back to this hotel. I'm very impressed with the customer service displayed at this location.

I'v not stayed at this Holiday Inn. I'm usually up the street at the Westin. I found this hotel to be reasonable in price, a very good breakfast included with the rate, my room was clean and quite and the staff was very friendly. I'd recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the area

Stayed here on business. Flew in from ATL and needed to go to the Convention Center (GICC) daily. 24 hour shuttle was an absolute life saver and very kind and courteous. Front desk was exceptionally polite. Snacks by front desk and reasonably priced and super convenient (only wish they had cold/sinus medicine and headache relief). Would stay here again for sure!

I stayed here 2 months ago and had a small problem with my reservation. The hotel manager emailed me and asked me to give them a second chance and he would see to my reservation personally. So I took him at his word and he did everything promised!
I will definitely be staying here again.

The exceptional feature I discovered at this location was that I could not hear the planes taking off. I was on the fifth floor on the side towards the airport. That's all.

This hotel is in a great location for easy access to the airport. Shuttle drops you off at the airline door and picks up at its designated spot. Good value, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms! Definitely recommend the property!

I Have Already Written A Very Good Review Of This Hotel On Trip Advisers. This Facility Has An Excellent Free Shuttle To The Airport And Is About Ten Minutes From The Airport. This Facility Is Located Near At Least Two Interstate Highways And Is About 20 Minutes From Downtown Atlanta. This Hotel Offers Two Complementary Computer Terminals To Its Guest For Free Internet Usage. The Hot Breakfast Offered In The Mornings Is Excellent. The Staff At This Hotel Are Very Knowledgeable, Friendly, Helpful, Professional, And Fun. The Hotel Rooms Are Excellent. Our Room Was Very Spacious And Clean. So Was The Bathroom. Our Room Had In It Everything That We Needed. The Beds In The Room Were Very Comfortable And Relaxing. We Have Stayed At This Hotel In The Past And Will Stay Again Next Time We Are In The Atlanta Area.

Upon arriving the hotel was presentable. The check in went very smooth and they recognized me as an IHG rewards member.
First set of keys were not able to open room so upon returning to the front desk had keys reprogrammed and all was good. First and second were great, the issue arose the third day when we returned to our room after breakfast and we were unable to get in so Maint tech was called and nothing he did worked and he couldn't get us in either.
45 minutes went by and no luck getting in and and we were given another room to wait in until the Maint supervisor got on site to fix the issue. After an hour the housekeeping supervisor was able to unlock the room with her key. So they sprayed wd40 on bolt and started working. The rest of our stay was great and upon check out I noticed two days missing from our hotel bill.
I thought this was very generous for what we went thru but would have been just as happy with a call from Marcus the hotel manager I think that was his name, expressing his apologies than taking two free nights for a minor inconvenience such as this.
Hotel was always clean and maintained with professional staff on call. Only con I have for this hotel is that we were in rm 525 and by 7am hot water was a rarity and usually not hot but a luke warm shower in the mornings. I would recommend this hotel although you are by an airport the noise was actually minimal with no impact on comfort.

Title says it all. I paid the same price two nights later for a room in Florence, Alabama that had no ripped up carpet and you could turn around in the bathroom. I stayed here due to location.. but I think I will try a different Holiday Inn the next time I am in the area. The price was not worth it.
Outdated and run down rooms.

I was given keys to an occupied room. Walked in on them, woke them up. Not a pleasant situation for anyone. No one offered any sort of "compensation" for this experience. My trust in the Brand is diminished.
I reserved a two bed room when I made the reservation and specified 4 guests... We had 3 towels.
When I checked out, I was not told that I would need a key code to leave the hotel parking lot, so I had to go back in to the front desk to get the code.

I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express but the service at the Holiday Inn Express in Atlanta near the airport went above and beyond my expectations.
D'Angelique and and her partner the night we arrived (September 27, 2013) were so friendly and efficient we had all our questions and concerns about our remaining visit to Atlanta taken care of.
Congratulations Holiday Inn for recruiting outstanding people like these to your staff.

The only disappointment for us was the time we waited for the shuttle after returning to Atlanta. It was 45 or so minutes and we had to call before one came. The driver said he was there 30 min. before and wanted to argue. Other than that our stay was great.

Stayed in Holiday Inn Express just for the night between our flights and had a good experice there.
Very polite and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, fair breakfast selection.
The only downsize is it is a bit uncomfotable to get to the hotel from International arrivals. You have to take a shuttle from International to domestic arrivals and then wait for the hotel shuttle and same on the way back.
On the way there we had to wait for abt 30 mins for the hotel shuttle as we missed one just for a few minutes.
Overall, I would recommend it for my friends for a short stay.

I stay at this hotel every time I fly out of Atl. The staff goes out of their way to provide you with your every need. The rooms are spotless and so comfortable. What more could you ask?

PM arrival after flt from Europe. All staff helpful i.e from shuttle driver onwards and esp the receptionist who greeted us warmly and appreciated that after long flts one is not at ones best. The room was as reserved, clean and quiet. Breakfast was wholesome.
Excellent value for money and very handy for the airport.

We stay at this hotel in order to leave our car and be taken to the airport the next day. Very good service from check-in, trip to airport, and picked up on our return flight and taken to our car. We usually have an early morning flight so don't have a chance to have the breakfast.

HAD A 2 DAY STAY AND THIS WAS THE SMALLEST ROOM THAT I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. THE BATHROOM WOULD ONLY FIT ONE PERSON AND THE ENTIRE AREA WAS JUST TOOOOO SMALL FOR THE MONEY I SPENT. I HAVE STAYED AT OTHER HOLIDAY INNS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS. I BECAME CLAUSTROPHOBIC. I GUESS IF I WERE ALONE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OK FOR A NIGHT. 2 PEOPLE FOR 2 NIGHTS WAS UNCOMFORTABLE BUT WE MADE DUE. THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE AND WE DIDN'T EAT THE BREAKFAST SO I HAVE NO COMMENT ON IT.

Initially, the room was not up to par. I brought it to the attention of the staff and gm. They did everything to make the situation right, which they did, and in a timely manner. The room was spacious and quiet, considering that airplanes are constantly taking off nearby. I was able to rest and relax. I look forward to returning to this hotel if in Atlanta area again.

Shuttle was prompt, front desk efficient and rooms comfortable.

The ladies at the reception were extremely kind.
I got everything i needed and i even more, which made the stay a very nice one.
I also used the gym which was great and i liked that they had small water bottles ready and the pool was also great (didnt actually go into the water)
a couple of things that bothered me a bit but are by no means things that would refrain me from coming again
1. The pillow covers werent ironed
2. It took a few seconds more than usual for TV channels to change when i swtiched channels. Usually there is no delay when zapping but in this tv there was much delay which was tiresome at some point....
3. The walls outside the elevators need to be painted
Overall i had a real nice time.
