Staff members were helpful and friendly except with cable/TV problems which are probably out of their control. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hot breakfast choices were limited and of poor quality. Location is great offering secure parking with shuttle to/ from the airport.

Our room door did not close. We had to pull the door shut. We reported to the front desk, however when we returned from our outing the door still did not close. Also our toilet was reported that it did not flush. That too was not fixed. There were NO coffee cup lids for the cups. We were not able to carry our coffee with us that morning. Also the coffee lids in the rooms DID NOT fit those cups. To us this was not a good stay.

In town to attend ATL baseball game. This property was a convenient location. Having stayed there before, I knew the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff has always been very courteous and professional.

The facility in the lobby was under construction but organized. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I did book the room with the understanding the pool was open and when I checked in that was not the case, it was closed.

I was expecting just a standard room in a Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. Nice property with great rooms. Breakfast had nice variety of foods, Shuttle back and forth to airport was on time which was helpful,

All of the stay was excellent other than the ongoing construction in the lobby area. The staff were helpful and considerate and the manager went out of his way to be helpful. The room was very comfortable and the internet wifi was fast and efficient.

Bring a multi-plug and extension cord! Few outlets accessible. Convenient location but if you park and leave the car you will need to go back into the hotel to get the new code for the gate as it changes every Thursday. Without it you cannot exit the lot! Really a pain after a long trip.

My husband and I frequent the IHG hotel chain. We were in Atlanta for a wedding and this hotel was recommended by the bride and groom. My husband and I had no idea they were in the middle of renovations! After the wedding we returned to the hotel and came to a sign that said elevator out of service use the service elevator. So we had to walk around and through the renovations that were paused due to the time of day and search for the service elevator that was not in plain view. This began the downward spiral of our trip. On top of that the bed and pillows were sunken in. For the amount we paid we were neither happy nor impressed. The water in the shower even though it was turned to hot frequently turned cold throughout the shower. This experience really put a damper on our weekend and our opinion if IHG. The one positive that I can highlight is our room was clean.

The inn is OK. They are remodeling (May '14) so the rooms may be nicer later. Well insulated windows so the jet path it's under isn't so loud.
For an airport hotel I was disappointed in the shuttle service. I dropped my rental car off at the airport and had to wait an hour and 20 mins at the airport bus stop for the shuttle that is supposed to run at the top and bottom of every hour from the hotel.
Make sure you leave enough time for your plans.

I was there 4 days/3 nights. No maid service first day until after 6PM when I just wanted to rest after a long day. Second day, the maid threw away my shampoo from shower. I use a special shampoo, and had to use hotels. Third day, she actually knocked on my door at 8AM!!
I understand the hotel was under construction, but the noise from other factors was crazy. Strange humming noise from bathroom pipes, doors slamming closed at all hours of the night. Construction warnings should be given prior to booking a location.

I was in the Executive 2 Queen Bed room. And there was nothing "executive" or closely resembling business about it.
There was no desk area - only a small round cocktail table that rocked because the feet were uneven. And the chairs were too low to even try to work at it.
Then there was only one power outlet on the dresser. So I had to rotate my laptop, phone, and iPad.

I made my reservation fro 2 rooms, but when I checked in, was told there was only 1 room, didn't know what happened. So I have to made a new room. Didn't feel well.
I tried to use iron to iron my , but it the iron leaked out some yellow stuff, totally ruined my shirt.,.... bad.
I think I was just not lucky with this Holiday Inn.

Checked in for two nights, great staff at check in. Did ask for some info, and the young lady at the desk did not seem familiar with the area. The hotel was a little aged, but far from the worse I have ever stayed at. The room had been lightly cleaned, found beer bottle lids in the floor, the beds were not made on our second day and the linen and towels had just been laid on the bed. The breakfast bar was horrendous both mornings. The food was cold, there was no milk in the fridge, and it was a disaster in the dining area. There was kids running the hallways till about one each night. I called the desk about the room, and about the noise but no one ever came to the room to talk with me and nothing changed. I will look elsewhere next time we stay in this area.

The ladies at the front desk were all friendly and smiling. After an 8.5 hour drive it was nice to see that. The hotel had a good overall appearance.
The bed was not so friendly, very hard. The room was like its' occupant, a little tired. The noise level from the adjoining room and the hall made sleep a challenge.
Breakfast was fair, as many items were running out and the staff was not as friendly as the desk and not worried about keeping things stocked. They ran out of coffee and did not even make an attempt to let me know more was brewing or would get right on it, just turned away.

This is where we always stay when flying out of ATL. Have also used it when coming into Atlanta for football games and concerts. We use the hotel shuttle to airport to get on Marta. Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful staff. Have never been disappointed. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Keep up the good work. See you again soon.

As all the time I am going to this hotel, when the airport shuttle arrive at the hotel, you have always only one person available for checking in all the guests. This is difinitely not enough and it is now a joke on how much time it will take to get the key...

Initially, I was upset when I arrived because prior to my check-in date, I called to request that I have a microwave in my room. I was told that it would be added to my reservation. When I arrived and inquired as to whether or not I had a microwave, I was told that I did not, and they would not be able to give me a room with one. I was told to just use the microwave next to the check-in desk. When I got to my room, I realized that I didn't have a mini fridge either, which really upset me, because I brought my own food for the next three days that I needed to keep refrigerated. I was told that I could store my food in the fridges that they sell snacks out of, but I didn't feel comfortable just leaving my food unattended 3 floors away from me. Aside from not having the appropraite amenities that I expected and was assured I would have, it was a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for where I needed to be.

I enjoyed my overstay, but there were two issues that need to be addressed by the hotel. First, the air conditioning was not functional. You could set the temperature lower, but the air conditioner would only run for a few minutes and then it never came on again.
Second, I had no problem with the water temperature until I took a later shower (8:30 AM). On that occasion, the water would unexpectedly turn ice cold. This happened about 4 times and it always took some effort to get the temperature back to warn.
I hope the hotel addresses these issues because they are systemic in the HVAC and water heater systems.

We chose this room because of ease to get to the airport. The room was clean and was probably recently redone with up to date furnishings. If airport noise will bother your sleep, it might not be the best choice. It was excellent for us. This hotel is not in the best neighborhood.
