Staff had poor customer service, busy talking to coworkers and not paying attention to resident at checking in. And Crissy leaning across the counter at check out and was just as rude. Reserve room that wasn't my choice and when inquiring, the staff at front desk basically said deal with it. Smoke smell all over lobby, just a bad experience for a platinum member, never again will I stay here.

The service at this location far exceeded my expectations. The staff went out of their way to help and solve any issues that came up. We forgot a wallet with over $100 in our room, and one of the managers hand-delivered it to us at the airport so that we could make our flight. Overall great experience, very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, easy experience. Would highly recommend.

I had a very early flight from Atlanta the morning after my stay. The convenience and rest for the evening before going to the airport helped start my trip out on a good note. The bed was comfortable, with the soft and firm pillow choices. The airport noise wasn't enough to keep me awake at night.
