ok for a quick stay but not very comfortable. very worn and the noise was bad from the sytems

Basic HI Express at an airport location. Rooms and Public spaces are nice but there is nothing nearby when it comes to restaurants so you need a car or you can try the hotel van.

After an international flight into ATL I waited a very long time for the shuttle. It was cold and raining so I called the hotel. They said the shuttle runs every half hour. There were three of us there for 45 minutes so another hotel's driver gave us a ride because he didn't want us to stand outside in the weather anymore. The lobby and room were mostly clean but not spotless. The bed and pillows were excellent. I always travel with my own pillow but was surprised that I actually liked one of the room pillows. The breakfast was lacking a bit but I only stopped in quickly so they might have been in the process of putting more out and I just didn't see it. Pouring two cold and very bad cups of coffee, one from the lobby and one from the breakfast area I gave up and went to starbucks. The staff was prompt and polite and because of the brief nature of my stay I did not address any of the issues noted above. If you're flying into ATL this hotel is a pretty good value but not the best of the brand.
