Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by binny101 Bad experience
We were expecting to have fridge and microwave to keep our food and heat them when necessary. We were deeply disappointed. Both were not available.
Outside the room was very noisy at early morning with people coming and talking loudly.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JSudbury Very disappointed!
Spent a couple days over the holidays skiing at Blue Mountain and we were very disappointed with our stay. Spending over $200/night you would expect a clean and quiet room. We were woken up both nights by the guests in the room next to ours. The walls are very thin and we could here their entire conversations! The bathroom had mould. Would not recommend!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by CW888 Clean comfortable room and friendly service.
A little pricey for the room but it was in a touristy area over holiday season. Free wifi was great. Breakfast included - very busy during breakfast time - may be difficult to find seating - food variety and quality average. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RBDA Standard hotel - nothing fancy
We've stayed there before. It's ok. Not worth the money you pay for it but rates are crazy expensive everywhere in that area, especially around the holidays. This is probably one of your best bets without spending an arm and a leg in the village area. It's close enough to everything you need in the Blue Mountain area. The room temperature was the biggest problem. It was so dry in there. We had a hard time sleeping. We were on the second floor so there was a lot of noise coming from outside early morning. Otherwise, there was a mini fridge and a microwave in there. And the wireless Internet access was pretty quick.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JCRSCV2014 An ok stay in Collingwood
For the price, it was ok. We basically paid for time of year and location. The room was ok, it feels dated for what we paid. Carpet is old, not enough hangers, condensation on windows, big metal rod sticking out of bed, dangerous for kids, TV wasn't working, remote needed new batteries, the AC/heater unit had pools of water with spots of mold and not enough towels. Everything addressed quickly. Breakfast was good, many options, just very crowded, narrow areas to walk. Tables are not cleaned, you have to do that yourself. Although, they state breakfast is until 9:30am, by 9am, they stop refilling, so if you need something, like more milk or yogurt, you need to ask.
This hotel is in a great location but I would not go back over the holiday season, just too expensive for what the room is.
