My daughter wanted to be on the second floor near her friends so Charlton the gentlemen at the front desk kindly offered us a viewing. We decided to then move to a room on the second floor. We realized after it did not have a fridge which we wanted as the weather called to be very warm. We then went back to the front desk and again Charlton was very kind in switching us back to the room on the first floor. We apologized for the inconvenience. Our room on the first floor did not have an operational air conditioner and needed to be looked at or reset. Charlton tried himself as well and when we could not get it to work he felt it only right to provide my family with an upgrade to a larger room on the second floor. This room was great!! Thank you Charlton!!! This man showed patience, kindness and true customer service. Holiday Inn should be proud to have him represent their name. May 20, 2015
