Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family fun get away!! You have an amazing staff. From the start with getting our rooms by each other to help the kids, to providing pool toys for the kids. This staff took care of all the little things that show how much they wanted us to be "at home." It was a great weekend!!! December 12, 2014

Nice, clean , tidy and well appointed rooms and with a really great breakfast too. Great facilities including a small gym, laundrette and an indoor pool. I really can't over state how surprised I was by the quality of this hotel being an 'express'. Why would anyone pay extra to stay in the mainstream Holiday Inn next door. November 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good - basic lodging I've stayed at this property several times now. It's located near the Colorado Springs airport but away from most attractions. The facility and furnishings are a bit more dated that most HIEs I've stayed at but still comfortable. And the slightly lower price reflects these issues. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered is on par with other HIEs, and the rooms clean and comfortable. I do notice that sound from adjoining rooms and the hallway can be readily heard. This is partly due to the lack of concern other guests have for their fellow travelers. Really, if you're leaving your room at 5AM please ease the door shut - don't let it slam! Overall if you're traveling through or staying a few days in the Springs it's a good place to stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place, Nice Price Traveling to Houston, I stayed at this hotel and took their shuttle to the airport the next day. Outside temp was 8 below zero, but the shuttle van was toasty! Received an upgrade due to my Diamond status and the suite was extremely nice! No hassles room and a nice breakfast. Will stay there again without hesitation. Courteous and friendly front desk staff. When in the Springs, you should stay there!!! November 17, 2014
