I am a Gold prioriy club member and often frequent Holiday Inn Express. Normally I can have a healthy breakfast of yogurt, fruit and cereal. On many days -- there was no fruit or yogurt. Even after I brought it to the attention to the staff.

Have stayed at this property for 7 years and always receive excellent service. Latest trip included morning breakfast where I was surprised to see the tables filled with US Army personnel. It was good to see Holiday caring for our Service members and I still had a seat for breakfast and plenty of food to choose from. The breakfast staff had a big challenge but handled it perfectly. Very convenient to the Colorado Springs Airport so had time for one last breakfast the day I departed and still made it to the airport in time for early morning flight. Rooms remain well cared for and location close to businesses. Elite status recognized at check in and evening chocolate cookies were a nice treat after a long day.

We are 75 years of age and have stayed at MANY Hotels/Motels in our 55 years of Marriage. At NO TIME EVER, have we ever had such a complete rest and quiet surroundings as this place. Never once were we ever disturbed. The Service was Perfect AND the entire staff were the friendliest and most courteous of any we have ever had. Just a Perfect 2 week stay. Our "hats go off to you all". Many Thanks, Sr. Citizens from Calif.

My family used our Priority Club points to book this room and were surprised when we arrived to find that we had been upgraded to a master suite! It was a super nice and big room with all the comforts of home. After battling snow, cold, heavy traffic, icy roads, rental cars, and airline schedules, this was a wonderful escape far from the madding crowds. Thanks. Great place to stay-Great people! My only regret was that the pancake making machine in the breakfast area was not working. I was looking forward to having some of those great pancakes!

The room and amenities were what I would expect from Holiday Inn Express, however, the service was below par. When we arrived we were in a hurry and had about ten minutes to get checked in and iron clothes for a wedding rehearsal. The front desk clerk was not there because she had gone to make a shuttle run to the airport because she was short-handed. We were informed that we would have to wait by a house keeping attendant who was unable to check us in because she had not been trained how to do that. So we waited for about ten minutes. The front desk clerk arrived but stayed outside texting on her phone until the house keeping attendant went outside to get her to let her know we were there. She then came inside and I informed her that we were in an extreme hurry. There was no apology or explanation offered. She started to get us checked in until the phone rang and she stopped so that she could take the call. She didn't ask the person to hold. She just started assisting them over the phone while acting as if I wasn't even standing there. After the phone call she slid a bucket of snacks across the counter to me and thanked me for being a gold member. I have never had an experience like that at a Holiday Inn which is why I choose Holiday Inn but this experience left me very disappointed.

My wife and I were touring cross country on a Gold Wing and stayed at Holiday Inn whenever possible. This Inn had a great staff that provided lots of local information upon request. Gave suggestions for dining that were helpful. The Inn was clean, quiet and as usual...had great beds and pillows. It was easy to find. I am a Priority Club member and checking in and out was simple. Great place to stay.
