The walls are so thin I could literally hear the people on the phone in the next room, and either they had their phone on speaker or the earpiece was turned up so loud, but I could hear both sides of their conversation. I also heard every conversation they had between them. There were kids running up and down the halls, slamming doors, I think the guy above us was bowling in his combat boots or something. Anyway, didn't sleep well at all. I called the front desk, but nothing seemed to change with the kids in the halls. The elevator is slow as molasses as well. I took the stairs since I could run them to the second floor before the elevator ever made it to me.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The hotel is fairly new and is quite modern and comfortable. From check in to check out, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous to my every need. Adam was great in checking me in and was instrumental in working with Sally to accommodate my move request to go from a double queen to a king suite without issue. Although there weren't any at the time of check in (I originally booked a two queen so it wasn't their fault#, Adam put in my request and when I returned to the hotel after work the next evening my king suite was available on the floor I requested and I was able to move fairly easily. The breakfast is also a great start to the day which provides a great variety in the menu to suit everyone's pallet. I can't always stay at the Holiday Inn #as it is popular) but when it is available, I definitely take advantage of it.
