Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great service, Awesome Staff !! This H I E is among the top ones I have stayed at. Christopher, Christine and the rest of the staff are Awesome !! The trains can be a little annoying but then since I work for the railroad I guess that's just payback. I have been staying here off and on for a year and half now and have yet to experience anything I would consider negative at this property. December 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location, Great Staff This was my first time at this hotel. The exterior is nice and clean. The front desk area is very nice. Hotel is about 1 mile from shopping and good selection of places to eat. It is right next to a casino, I didn't have time to gamble or go, but an easy walk from the hotel if you have time. The breakfast was good enough to get me through until breakfast, not a huge fan of the wet scrambled eggs or sausage- but better than a continental type breakfast. Overall, I would recommend- nice hotel. December 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, rooms that need updating, slooow internet The staff is super friendly, they have helped a move a few time, during some previous stays at this hotel, I can't say enough about the team at HIE, Colton. The hotel is very convenient for my business needs, since I do most of my work from the hotel room. Which leads me to myvonlyvreal issue with the hotel. the internet speed, is slooow, ibsuppose if you are just going to check a couple of emails, and want to look at a website you are fine. Good luck streaming movie without it buffering every 45-50 seconds. If you are trying to use collaboration tools like go to meeting time WebEx, forget it. Work from Starbucks, or another WiFi enable business, because you will have issues here. November 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT GO THERE. NOISY!!! I stayed this plan for one night (Sunday-Monday). I couldn't sleep at all because trains passed by the hotel and horned every thirty minutes. The worst night ever.. The hotels reviews don't show the noise issue much. November 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great experience! The young dark gentlemen at the front desk was extremely friendly and helped us check in at about 3am after a festival. The room was neat and clean and up to date! House keeping was prompt and friendly. It was a wonderful stay , me and my friends really enjoyed turning up there and were able to sleep soundly. The fridge and the microwave were a nice surprise to have in a hotel since in used to cheap hotels. Can't wait to possibly return!! November 6, 2014
